Objective:1.To investigate the ethical cognition of HIV-infected students.2.To investigate the current situation of ethics and AIDS risk behavior among ordinary college students,and to analyze the correlation between them.3.Finding intervention methods,intervening on ordinary college students,guiding college students to establish a good ethical outlook,reducing high-risk behaviors of AIDS,and providing a certain reference for AIDS prevention and control.Methods:Research methods,expert consultation,questionnaire survey,comparative research and statistical analysis are used to carry out research work.The main topics include qualitative research,current situation research and intervention research.1.Qualitative research In the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Center for Disease Control and Prevention,the target sampling method was used to extract HIV-infected students from colleges and universities.The semi-structured interview method was used to investigate the ethical cognition of the group.2.Status quo investigation In a university in Guangxi,250 college students were selected by convenient sampling method.The questionnaire survey method was used to understand the current situation of ethics and AIDS risk behavior among ordinary college students,and the correlation between them was analyzed.3.Intervention study Analyze the results of qualitative research and current situation research,find intervention methods,implement interventions for ordinary college students,and evaluate the effects after the intervention.Results:1.Qualitative research on the ethics of HIV-infected students can be summarized into four themes.(1)Understanding of ethics:ethics is the externalization of morality,the embodiment of values,and an ideology(2)Evaluation of the ethics of self-responsibility:self-centered,greedy and enjoyable,lack of dedication;(3)ethical view of family responsibility:not responsible for the attitude of love and marriage,weakened family responsibility;(4)Personal behavior ethics attitude:too open and casual,distorted sexual attitudes,accepting same-sex behavior.2.Status survey.(1)The status quo of ethics The three-dimensional ethics questionnaire data showed peak distribution and concentrated around the mode,the mode is close to 20,the standard deviation is 3.09,and the difference between the maximum and the minimum is large.(2)The current situation of AIDS high-risk behaviors occurred 17.21%,3.28%,and 0.82%of premarital sex,temporary sexual behavior,and homosexual behavior;more than 5.33%had sexual relations with a partner;The proportion of condom sex is 14.75%;(3)Correlation analysis The simple correlation analysis found that the ethics of the three dimensions were positively correlated with the high-risk behaviors of AIDS,and the correlation coefficient of personal behavior ethics was the highest,reaching 0.65.The canonical correlation analysis found that the ethical variables and the high-risk behavior variables of AIDS produced two significant typical correlation coefficients,0.81 and 0.38,respectively.3.Intervention researchAfter implementing the mainstream ethics education and AIDS-related knowledge health education through the WeChat platform,the ethics of college students changed significantly,P<0.05;the high-risk behavior of AIDS decreased,and the incidence of "pre-marital sexual behavior" from 17.21%fell to 10.66%,the incidence of "multiple sexual partners" decreased from 5.33%to 1.23%,and the incidence of "no sex with condoms" decreased from 14.75%to 2.05%,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The ethics of HIV-infected students is not active and healthy.There are the following bad ethics:greed for enjoyment,individual-centered,weakened sense of responsibility,lack of correctness in marriage and love,distorted sexual attitudes,random sexual attitudes,and endorsement of same-sex behavior.2.The ethics of college students is generally positive and healthy,but there are some deviations in the ethics of college students;some college students have high risk behaviors of HIV/AIDS,and there is a risk of HIV infection;there is a strong correlation between ethics and high risk behaviors.Appropriate interventions can be developed from the right ethical perspective as an entry point.3.Implementing social mainstream ethics education and AIDS-related knowledge health education through WeChat platform can effectively improve college students' ethical outlook and reduce high-risk behaviors.
