Objective:To study and analyze the correlation between blood pressure, blood glucose and osteoporosis in male physical examination populations by quantitative computed tomography(QCT)bone density measurement. Methods:A total of 1137 male patients who were examined at our medical center from June 2018 to September 2019 were selected, aged 23 to 93 years, with an average age of(52.17±12.21)years.Measure their height and weight, and calculate body mass index(BMI);Measure blood pressure of physical examinees, and divide them into normal blood pressure group and hypertension group according to the diagnostic criteria in the 2018 revised edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension;Fasting venous blood was collected, and fasting plasma glucose(FPG)was measured with an automatic biochemical analyzer. The subjects were divided into normal blood glucose group and hyperglycemia group according to the hyperglycemia diagnostic criteria.Bone mineral density(BMD)was measured by QCT.According to QCT's American College of Radiology(ACR)diagnostic criteria(BMD>120mg/cm~3 in the lumbar spine is normal bone mass,80?120mg/cm~3indicates bone mass Reduction,<80mg/cm~3 diagnosis of osteoporosis.)The study subjects were divided into three groups:normal bone mass group 712 cases, bone loss group 340 cases and osteoporosis group 85 cases.Univariate analysis of variance was used to compare the age,BMI,lumbar spine BMD,blood pressure, and FPG among the three groups with different bone mass. The blood pressure, osteoporosis, and osteopenia among the two groups were compared using the 2 test. The relationship between BMD and each monitoring index was analyzed by Pearson correlation.Result:1.Among the research subjects, those with normal bone mass accounted for 62.6%,those with reduced bone mass accounted for 29.9%,and osteoporosis accounted for7.5%.At the same time, with the increase of age,the incidence of abnormal bone mass(osteoporosis and reduced bone mass)in the male physical examination population increased significantly.2.Between the three groups, with the increase of age,the bone mass is gradually decreasing(P<0.01).The age of the osteoporosis group and the bone mass reduction group are greater than that of the normal bone mass group and the osteoporosis group.Reduction group(P<0.01);among the three groups, the BMI of the bone reduction group was greater than that of the normal bone group and the bone reduction group. The BMI was greater than the osteoporosis group(P<0.01),and the BMI of the osteoporosis group was greater than bone There was no statistically significant difference in the normal-weight group(P>0.05);among the three groups, the BMD of the lumbar spine in the osteoporosis group and the bone mass reduction group were smaller than those in the normal bone mass group and the osteoporosis group. The differences are statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Between different bone mass groups, the systolic blood pressure of three groups increased with the decrease of bone mass.Among the osteoporosis group>bone mass reduction group>normal bone mass group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);Among the three groups, the diastolic pressure in the bone mass reduction group was greater than that in the normal bone mass group, and the diastolic pressure in the osteoporosis group was also greater than that in the normal bone mass group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05).4.There were 776 cases in the normal blood pressure group and 361 cases in the high blood pressure group.Among the normal blood pressure group, the prevalence of osteoporosis was 4.4%,the prevalence of bone loss was 24.7%,and the normal bone mass accounted for 70.9%;The prevalence of osteoporosis was 14.1%,the prevalence of bone loss was 41.0%,and the normal bone mass accounted for 44.9%.The prevalence of osteoporosis and bone mass reduction in the hypertension group was higher than that in the normal blood pressure group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Those with normal bone mass in the hypertension group were lower than those in the normal blood pressure group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.Among the different bone mass groups,FPG showed an upward trend as the bone mass decreased.Among them, osteoporosis group>bone mass reduction group>normal bone mass group, the overall difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The FPG in the osteoporosis group and the bone mass reduction group was larger than that in the normal bone mass group(P<0.01),and the FPG in the osteoporosis group was larger than the bone mass reduction group(P>0.05).6.There were 1025 patients in the normal blood glucose group and 112 patients in the hyperglycemic group.Among the normal blood glucose group, the prevalence of osteoporosis was 7.2%,the prevalence of bone loss was 27.7%,and the bone mass was65.1%.The prevalence of osteoporosis was 9.8%,the prevalence of bone loss was50.0%,and the normal bone mass accounted for 40.2%.The prevalence of osteoporosis and bone mass reduction in the hyperglycemic group was higher than that in the normal blood glucose group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The normal bone mass of hyperglycemia group was lower than that of normal blood glucose group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).7.Correlation analysis of the factors affecting lumbar spine BMD showed that age,BMI,systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and FPG were all negatively correlated with lumbar spine BMD,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.As men age,the incidence of osteoporosis increases.2.The prevalence of osteoporosis and bone loss in men with hypertension and hyperglycemia were higher than those with normal blood pressure and blood sugar.3.Male age,BMI,systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and FPG are all factors that affect the lumbar spine BMD;and are negatively correlated with lumbar spine BMD.
