Objective: To analyze the value of CEA,SCC,NSE,CYFRA21-1 and progrr in BALF and serum in lung cancer.Methods:1.From January 2018 to December 2019,a total of 40 patients in the respiratory department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College were retrospectively collected and divided into two groups. In group A,there were 20 patients with benign lung diseases, and in group B,there were 20 patients with lung cancer diagnosed by pathological biopsy for the first time.2.Compare the difference of tumor marker concentration between the two groups. Results: CEA concentration in serum and BALF showed statistical difference in benign and malignant lung lesions(P<0.05).B-CEA can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic method for lung cancer. This test has a higher positive rate than serum test. Both serum and BALF levels of CYFRA21-1 in lung cancer group were higher than those in patients with benign lung lesions, and the concentration of B-CYFRA21-1 was higher than S-CYFRA21-1(P < 0.05).However,no statistical difference was found in the positive rate of B-CYFRA21-1 in lung cancer in serum detection(P > 0.05).BALF-SCC concentration was higher than serum SCC(P >0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the value of lung cancer positive rate(P >0.05).There was no significant difference in SCC level in serum and BALF between lung cancer and benign lung lesions(P > 0.05).There was significant difference in the concentration of NSE in serum and BALF between lung cancer and benign lung lesions(P < 0.05).However,the positive rate of B-NSE in lung cancer was higher than that in serum, and there statistical difference(P >0.05).The concentration of ProGRP in serum and BALF showed statistical difference in benign and malignant lung lesions, with the concentration of B-ProGRP higher than S-ProGRP(P < 0.05).Although the positive rate of B-ProGRP in detecting lung cancer was higher than that of S-ProGRP,there was no significant difference between B-ProGRR and S-ProGRR in the lung cancer group(P >,0.05).Conclusion: 1.The positive rate of CEA in BALF of lung cancer group is higher than that in serum, which indicates that BALF examination is more helpful for early detection of lung cancer.2.The positive rates of NSE,ProGRP and CYFRA21-1 in BALF of lung cancer patients are higher than those in serum, but there is no statistical difference. There is no statistical significance on SCC.3.The levels of CEA,NSE,ProGRP and CYFRA21-1 in BALF of lung cancer group are higher than those in serum, but there is no statistical significance in SCC.
