| Objective:Through the detection of CEA,NSE,CYFRA21-1 and Pro GRP in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid to explore the relationship with lung cancer,the early diagnosis of lung cancer can be valuable.Methods:55 patients with pathologically diagnosed lung cancer were collected by casecontrol study,including 35 males and 20 females.A total of 23 patients with benign lung diseases were diagnosed,including 13 males and 10 females,By ELISA method of the patients included serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid content of CEA,NSE,CYFRA21-1,Pro GRP in different stages and organization types,and then to determine the clinical significance of lung cancer.Results:1.In the lung cancer group,the content of CEA in alveolar lavage higher than serum(62.7±25.48 VS 33.6±10.42,P=0.001);The content of CYFRA 21-1 in alveolar lavage higher than serum(45.16±16.01 VS 17.18± 9.31,P=0.001);The content of ProGRP in alveolar lavage higher than serum(150.19±43.26 VS 72.53±45.16,P=0.001),The content of NSE in alveolar lavage higher than serum(47.83±17.09 VS 25.87±8.76,P=0.053),but without statistical significance.2.In the benign lung disease group,the content of CEA in alveolar lavage higher than serum(7.1±3.89 VS 5.72±1.49,P=0.123),but without statistical significance.The content of NSE in alveolar lavage nearly equal serum(15.4±8.67 VS 15.43±9.46,P=0.806),the content of CYFRA21-1 in alveolar lavage higher than serum(16.13±10.84 VS 15.19±11.49,P=0.0.711)the content of ProGRP in alveolar lavage higher than serum(17.03±7.65 VS 16.01±8.42,P=0.516),but without statistical significance.3.Blood serum tumor markers were compared in two groups.CEA content of lung cancer group higher than benign lung disease group(33.6±10.42 VS 5.72±1.49,P=0.001),ProGRP content of lung cancer group higher than benign lung disease group(72.53±45.16 VS 16.01±8.42,P=0.001),and there are statistical significance.But the content of NSE(P=0.050)and CYFRA21-1(P=0.052)without statistical significance.4.Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid tumor markers were compared in two groups.CEA content of lung cancer group higher than benign lung disease group(62.7±25.48 VS 7.1±3.89,P=0.001),NSE content of lung cancer group higher than benign lung disease group(47.83±17.09 VS 15.4±8.67,P=0.021),CYFRA21-1 content of lung cancer group higher than benign lung disease group(45.16±16.01 VS 16.13±10.84,P=0.017),ProGRP content of lung cancer group higher than benign lung disease group(150.19±43.26 VS 17.03±7.65,P=0.001),and there are statistical significance.5.In the lung cancer group,with tumor staging increased the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid tumor markers were increased.CEA in stage of III+IV higher than I+II(65.133±29.17 VS 42.19±21.28,P=0.045),ProGRP in stage of III+IV significantly higher than I+II(356.79±100.98 VS 83.13±20.49 P=0.001),and there are statistical significance.But the content of NSE(72.46±25.47 VS 58.71±16.21,P=0.061)and CYFRA21-1(49.65±29.16 VS 23.51±16.26,P=0.053)without statistical significance.6.The clinicopathological types of lung cancer showed that CEA was the highest in lung adenocarcinoma(109.19±30.09),which was significantly different from other types of lung cancer(P=0.001、0.011).The content of NSE and ProGRP in small cell lung cancer(139.86±25.73,250.13±56.19)was significantly increased.The content of CYFRA21-1 in lung squamous cell carcinoma(112.73+46.71)was significantly increased and varied,(P=0.001、0.001).Conclusion:1.Diagnosis of lung cancer guided by CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1and Pro GRP in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.And the determination of markers in lavage fluid is more valuable than the determination of serum.2.With the increase of lung cancer staging,CEA and ProGRP increased in lavage fluid.3.In different types of lung cancer,tumor markers differ in lavage fluids.CEA is of higher diagnostic value in lung adenocarcinoma,NSE and Pro GRP in small cell lung cancer;CYFRA21-1 in lung squamous cell carcinoma. |
