Summarizing The Clinical Experience Of Professor Li Qiyi In Treating Insomnia With Depression And/or Anxiety Based On Data Mining

Objective:To mine Professor Li's treatment of insomnia accompanied by depression and/or anxiety in these data including Clinical manifestation,the tongue,pulses-taking,pathogenesis,clinical use of herbal medicines and others,in order to sort out Professor Li's treatment of insomnia with depression and/or anxiety in Medication characteristics and Treatment of Differentation Syndromes,summarizing and exploring its clinical experience.Methods:The medical records of patients with insomnia accompanied by depression and/or anxiety in the outpatient department of Professor Li Qiyi from Mingyitang,an affiliated hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were collected from December 2017 to December 2019,and the collected medical records were organized according to the medical record standard.A total of 157 cases with effective treatment were screened.The first is to evaluate clinically treated insomniac patients through the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Patient Health Questionnaire 15-Item Somatic Symptom Severity Scale(PHQ-15),Generalized Anxiety Disorder(GAD-7),9 item health questionnaire(PHQ-9).The scores before and after the treatment were evaluated and analyzed by express IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0.The second is to use the Microsoft office Excel to sort the data in the selected medical records,analyze the frequency of clinical manifestations,the tongue,pulses-taking,pathogenesis,clinical use of herbal medicines etc.,and then use IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0 to analyze the pathogenesis,symptoms,drugs Correlations,and core prescriptions.Results:Of the 157 medical cases in this study,105 were female and 52 were male.The number of female patients was significantly better than that of male patients.The age distribution ranged from 18 to 83 years old,mainly concentrated in the 31-60 year-old age group.In terms of Previous medical history,the patients included in this case has a relatively large history of digestive,circulatory,and endocrine system diseases.In terms of pulse patterns,there are 12 types of pulse patterns.There are 5 types of pulse patterns with frequency of 10%or more,which are Huamai 131 times(83.44%),Shuomai 78 times(69.68%),Xianmai 72 times(45.86%),and There were Ximai 63 times(40.13%)and Chenmai 58times(36.94%).In terms of the tongue,there are 36 types of tongue elephants and 19 types of coating elephants.Symptoms related to the main symptoms of insomnia in clinical symptoms are:difficulty falling asleep,having more dreams,difficulty in restoring,susceptibility to waking and shallowness,and mood-related symptoms including depression,dryness,irritability,anxiety,and restlessness.In terms of pathogenesis,high-frequency pathogenesis includes stagnation of heart and liver 76 times(20.82%),heat of heart and liver 52 times(14.24%),insufficiency of vital energy and blood 40 times(10.96%),deficiency of YIN-blood 37 times(10.14%),and mutual resistance of phlegm and stasis was 30 times(8.22%),and the central coke deficiency cold,yin deficiency internal heat and phlegm heat disturbed the heart were 10 times(8.22%).In the pathogenesis,heart and liver stagnation and heart and liver heat are the main pathogenesis with other pathogenesis.The second most common pathogenesis is insufficiency of vital energy and blood,deficiency of YIN-blood,and mutual resistance of phlegm and stasis.In terms of medication,the commonly used drugs are to dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation(Chaihu,Xiangfu,etc.),tonify blood(Danshen,Suanzaoren,Shudihuang,etc.),tonify yin Shengdihuang,Hehuanpi,etc.),clearing heat(Huangqin,Jiaozhizi,etc.)and tranquilize(Baiziren,Suanzaoren,etc.).Pathogenesis,symptoms,and drugs are interrelated,with heart and liver stagnation as the main pathogenesis.difficulty falling asleep and depressed mood are common in medicines such as Danshen,Jiaozhizi,Chaihu,Ciangfu,Gansong,Boziren,Suanzaoren,Hehuanpi,etc.As the main pathogenesis,symptoms of difficulty falling asleep,dreaming,anxiety,and irritability are common.Drugs such as Danshen,Jiaozhizi,chaihu,Xiangfu,Gansong,Baiziren,Suanzaoren,Hehuanpi,etc.are commonly used.At that time,the symptoms are often fatigue,cold,etc.with insufficiency of vital energy and blood occuring,Common drugs are Huangqi,Zhihuangqi,Hongjingtian,Lingzhi,Ciwujia,Jiaogulan,etc.When symptoms of Yin-blood deficiency occur,constipation,night sweats,and irritability are common Drugs are commonly used in Zhimu,Huangbai,Shengdihuang,Shudihuang,Baihe,etc.;when there is a mutual resistance of phlegm and stasis,there is no obvious strong associated symptom.Common drugs are Danpi and Danshen.Conclusion:?.Efficacy evaluation showed that the scores before and after treatment were
