Objective:To sort out the ancient and modern physicians' knowledge of children vocal tic disorder,summarize the treatment classification,prescription medication and diagnosis experience of the tutor in treating children vocal tic disorder through clinical case study,and provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:1.Summarize the understanding of abnormal vocalization in traditional Chinese medicine and the study of vocal tic disorder in modem medicine by consulting literature;2.Observe the clinical effect of teachers,treatment of vocal tic disorder in children by using common prescription drugs through clinical case study;3.Summarize the cases of children vocal tic disorder(vocal mainly)treated by teachers,and summarize the treatment of children vocal by teachers.Classification of TCM and treatment,prescription medication and experience in diagnosis and treatment of tic.Results:The tutor classified children vocal tic disorder into four types:wind-induced,wind-phlegm syndrome,spleen deficiency and phlegm accumulation,liver and kidney yin deficiency.The early onset of vocal tic disorder was mainly caused by wind,and the prolonged course of the disease was mainly characterized by liver and kidney yin deficiency.The wind-phlegl syndrome and spleen deficiency and phlegm accumulation could be seen at a certain stage in the course of the disease.A total of 123 children with tic disorder(mainly vocal)were collected in this study,including 104 boys and 19 girls.The male-to-female ratio was 5.47:1,and the male incidence was obviously high.In this study,we found that the incidence of vocal tic disorder was the highest in 7-12 years old(67.5%),followed by 4-6 years old(23.6%),and the lowest in 13-18 years old(8.9%).Among the collected cases,51 cases(41.5%),70 cases(56.9%)were mild,2 cases(1.6%)were severe,and the incidence was mainly mild to moderate.In the distribution of syndrome types,there were 52 cases(42.3%)of wind-phlegm syndrome,25 cases(20.3%)of spleen deficiency and phlegm accumulation,24 cases(19.5%)of extermal wind induction,and 22 cases(17.9%)of liver-kidney Yin deficiency.In terms of clinical efficacy,after 2 weeks of treatment,there were 0 cases of clinical control,7 cases of marked effect,64 cases of progress and 52 cases of ineffectiveness,with marked efficiency of 5.69%and effective rate of 57.72%.Aflter 4 weeks of treatment,there were 0 cases of clinical control,16 cases of marked effect,69 cases of progress and 38 cases of ineffectiveness,with marked efficiency of 13.01%and effective rate of 69.11%.After 8 weeks of treatment:14 cases were clinically controlled,32 cases were markedly effective,53 cases were progressive,24 cases were ineffective,the marked efficiency was 37.40%,and the effective rate was 80.49%.After 12 weeks of treatment:28 cases were clinically controlled,63 cases were markedly effective,29 cases were progressive,3 cases were ineffective,the marked efficiency was 73.98%,and the effective rate was 97.56%.From the analysis of the efficacy of TCM syndrome,at the end of the 12-week observation cycle,the marked efficiency of wind-induced syndrome was 58.33%,the effective rate was 95.83%,the marked efficiency of wind-phlegm syndrome was 30.77%,the effective rate was 92.31%,the marked efficiency of spleen-deficiency and phlegm accumulation syndrome was 40.00%,the effective rate was 100.0%,and the marked efficiency of liver-45%,the effective rate was 90.91%.There were no adverse reactions during the observation period and 3 months and half a year follow-up after the end of the observation period.Conclusion:Through the collection of clinical cases,123 cases of children with tic were observed and the clinical effectiveness was preliminarily verified by using common prescriptions by the tutor.The experience of the tutor in the treatment of children with tic was discussed and summarized,which enriched the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease,provided a new idea for the clinic and promoted the academic development of Pediatrics in traditional Chinese medicine.
