Objective This thesis is to discuss the principle-method-recipe-medicines of analogic Parkinson's disease,and summarize the treating rule in Ming dynasty.Methods First of all,look up Lou Ying's Compendium of Medicine,Sun Yikui's Black Pearl from Red River,Wang Kentang's Standards for Diagnosis and Treatment and Zhang Jingyue's Jingyue's Complete Works one by one.Then induce the pathogenesis and mechanism,and set up data base of prescriptions and herbs in these books.At last,analyse the information by using statistic methods.Results ?There are 89 prescriptions,131 herbs,and 685 frequency in total.?Among the 131 herbs tonifying herbs are frequently employed.?It is indicated that pathogenic factor elimination and healthy qi supporting are used in combination during the treatment of analogic PDConclusion The etiology and pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease mainly responsible to deficiency of yin and blood,liver wind agitation,tendon and vessel malnutrition.
