JiaWeiShenrouYangzhen Decoction In Treating Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome(Spleen Yin Deficiency Type)Evaluation Study

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of JiaweiShenrouyangzhen decoction in treating diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome with deficiency of spleen-yin compared with Western Medicine Treatment Group,thus,the convenient,cheap and effective scheme of TCM diagnosis and treatment is summarizedMethods:60 patients with diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS)were randomly divided into experimental group and Control Group according to syndrome differentiation of spleen-yin deficiency,the experimental group was treated with Jiawei Shenrouyangzhen decoction(basic prescription:Dangshen 10g,Baizhu 10g,ZhiHuangqi 15g,Lianzirou 15g,Chaoshanyao 20g,Chaobaishao 15g,Maidong 10g,Zhigancao 5g,Wuweizi 10g,Chenpi 10g,Jiaoshanzha 10g,LiuShenqu 10g),in the control group,the patients were given pinaverium bromide tablets 50mg a time,three times a day.The patients in the two groups were treated once every two weeks,with four weeks as a course of treatment,the changes of TCM Symptom Score,IBS-SSS score and Syndrome curative effect were observed before and after treatment.The data were analyzed and compared by SPSS26.0.Results:In this clinical study,60 patients were collected,of which 58 patients completed the experiment,29 in the experimental group and 29 in the Control Group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,course of disease,symptom score of TCM and score of IBS-SSS.The total score of TCM symptom and the score of IBS-SSS before and after treatment were better in the experimental group than in the Control Group There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the Control Group in the scores of individual symptoms of TCM in the treatment of breath hard and abdominal pain(p>0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group in the treatment of loose stool,loss of appetite,fatigue and dry mouth(p<0.05).Comparison of curative effect between two groups after treatment.The total effective rate was 96.55%in the experimental group,3 cases were cured,7 cases were effective,15 case were effective,1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was 79.31%in the control group,1 case was cured,3 cases were effective,22 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective.the data of two groups were statistically analyzed(p<0.05),and no adverse reaction occurred in the course of treatmentConclusion:JiaweiShenrouyangzhen decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome(Spleen Yin deficiency type),effectively reduce the IBS-SSS score,no obvious adverse reactions during treatment,after statistical analysis,the JiaweiShenrouyangzhen decoction was superior to pivepramide in improving the symptoms of loose stool,loss of appetite,fatigue and dry mouth,it is suggested that Jiawei Shenrouyangzhen decoction has good clinical efficacy and safety for patients with diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome(SPLEEN YIN deficiency).
