Objective: Yanghe Decoction is a classic prescription for treating gangrene created by Wang weide in Wai Ke Zheng Zhi Quan Sheng Ji.Its clinical application is very extensive,involving diverse diseases.The study of it is reported increasingly in recent years,but more as a case with unique insights,lacking of unified standard.This topic aims at summarizing the application rules of Yanghe Decoction and the rules of clinical addition and subtraction of drugs through theoretical analysis and statistical analysis of clinical reports.Methods: This topic uses the keyword “ Yanghe Decoction ” to conduct a literature search and collects reports on the use of Yanghe Decoction in the past 11 years.According to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria,preliminary selection of cases that meet the requirements is entered,and information such as the source of the medical record,gender,name of traditional Chinese medicine,name of western medicine,symptoms,pulse,tongue,and prescription are entered for each medical record.Use frequency statistical analysis,golden section method,keyword word analysis and other methods to organize,summarize and discuss the data,and then draw conclusions.Results: There are 72 kinds of diseases treated by Yanghe Decoction,and the average frequency of each disease is 2.96 times.There are 27 kinds of diseases that exceed the average number,involving physicians and surgeons and gynecology and pediatrics.According to the classification of disease system,24.88% of skin surgery diseases,15.96% of meridian diseases,14.55% of pulmonary diseases,and 12.68% of bone and vascular surgery diseases,the sum of their frequencies is 68.07%> 61.8%.According to statistical analysis,Yanghe Decoction has a total of 296 symptoms and 1018 symptoms,with an average of 4.8 symptoms per case(except tongue and veins),and an average of 3.44 occurrences of each symptom.The total frequency of chills and clots(which can appear in various parts of the body)is 63.85%> 61.8%,which is the main symptom of Yanghe Decoction.According to statistical calculations,cold limbs,dull,backache,fatigue,loose stools,and cough were all statistically significant(P <0.01).From the statistics of tongue images,we can see that there are 8 kinds of tongue quality,among which the frequency of tongue paleness is 74.44%> 61.8%.There are 25 types of tongue fur,and the sum of the frequency of white fur,thin white fur,and greasy white fur is 74.76%> 61.8%.Therefore,pale tongue,white fur,thin white fur,and greasy white fur are listed as the main tongue image basis of Yanghe decoction.Among the 51 kinds of pulses involved,The sum of the frequency of deep thready pulse,deep thread weak pulse,deep slow pulse,deep retarded pulse is 64.33%> 61.8%.Using the statistical method of keywords(words),it is found that the sum of the deep pulse and thready pulse is 64.88%> 61.8%.55% of patients had more than 1 year of disease duration.The effective frequency within 47 doses of treatment accounted for 69.47%> 61.8%.According to the frequency of use of the original 7-flavor medicine,white mustard 93.90%> Rehmannia glutinosa 86.85%> Staghorn gum 79.34%> Ephedra 78.87%> Cinnamon 71.36%> Raw licorice 56.81%> Pao Jiang 43.66%.Among the flavored medicines used in Yanghe Decoction,blood circulation medicine,qi-invigorating medicine,diaphoretic medicine,yang-invigorating medicine,heat-clearing medicine,and phlegm medicine,the sum of their frequencies is 63.44%> 61.8%.The gender distribution was 46.01% male and 53.99 female,and there was no statistically significant difference between men and women(P> 0.05).The population aged 30-70 years old accounted for 75.58%.Conclusion: 1.The basic pathogenesis of Yanghe Decoction is yang deficiency and cold condensation.Yang deficiency is mostly kidney deficiency accompanied by deficiency of kidney essence.cold condensation is the internal cold produced by Yang deficiency and feeling the cold outside the body.2.The general conditions for the application of Yanghe Decoction: women are slightly higher than men,the difference is not big.Most people are 30-70 years old.The main medication duration is about 1.5 months.The disease course of Yanghe Decoction is more than 1 year,which is chronic onset.3.The scope of application of Yanghe Decoction is mainly skin surgery diseases,meridian diseases,pulmonary diseases,bone injury and vascular surgery diseases.4.The main symptoms of Yanghe Decoction are chills and clots(which can appear in various parts of the body).The secondary symptoms are cold limbs,dullness,backache,fatigue,loose stools,and coughing.The main tongue signs of Yanghe Decoction are pale tongue,white fur,thin white fur,and greasy white fur.The main pulse image is deep pulse and theady pulse,and the composite pulse image is deep thready pulse,deep thread weak pulse,deep slow pulse,deep retarded pulse.5.Medication rule of Yanghe Decoction: The frequency of use of the
