Prescription Pattern Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For The Treatment Of Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy By Data Mining

Objective:Based on the data mining methods,to analyze the medical records of Professor Wang Xiaoqin's treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy.According to the results to explore the treatment experiences and clinical thinking of Professor Wang Xiaoqin.To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine,and to provide some references for clinical medicine.Methods:To collect the data of patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy diagnosed and treated by Professor Wang Xiaoqin in the nephropathy clinic of hubei hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(October 2017 to October 2019).Screening was conducted in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and 392 prescriptions were finally sorted out,involving a total of 48 patients.The diagnosis and treatment information of the patients was recorded into the Microsoft Office Excel 2010 table,the data was preprocessed and a database was established,and SPSS20.0 was used for frequency statistical analysis of the data.SPSS Modeler14.1 was used to conduct data mining,so as to summarize the medication rule and academic thoughts of professor wang xiaoqin in the treatment of idiopathic membrane nephropathy.T test,non-parametric test and other methods were used to make statistical analysis of the test indicators before and after treatment to preliminarily analyze their effectiveness and safety.Results:1.The treatment of this disease involves a total of 150herbals,belonging to 16 traditional Chinese medicine categories,a total of 7,580 times of use.The medicinal property is mainly composed of equanimity,followed by warmth and coldness,and the taste is mainly composed of sweetness,bitterness and pungent,and the main channels are lung,spleen,liver and kidney.The drugs used more than 200 times are astragalus membranaceus,codonopsis pilosula,poria cocos,radix stephaniae tetrandrine,atractylodes macrocephalae,polyporus_vumbellatus,atractylodes_Bchinensis,fructs corni,salvia miltiorrhiza,angelica sinensis,semen coicis,herba hedyotidis diffusae,glycyrrhiza,dioscorea opposita,lotus stamen and radix bupleuri chinensis.The commonly used drugs are classified into tonic drugs,water-benefit drugs,heat-clearing drugs,antifebrile drugs,astringent drugs,blood-activating drugs,blood-activating drugs,wind-dispelling drugs.Commonly used drug combinations:radix stephaniaetetrandrine,astragalus membranaceus;codonopsis-pilosula,_-astragalus-membranaceus;-astragalus-membran aceus,_-salvia-miltiorrhiza;_-poria-cocos,_-atractylodes-macrocepha lae,polyporus_vumbellatus;poria cocos,fructs corni,dioscorea opposita;salvia miltiorrhiza,angelica sinensis.2.The serum albumin level after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).24h urine protein quantification,total cholesterol,triglyceride,d-dimer and fibrin raw water decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in serum creatinine,alanine aminotransferase,glutaminotransferase and serum potassium levels after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Astragalus membranaceus,codonopsis pilosula,poria cocos,radix-stephaniae-tetrandrine-atractylodes-macrocephalae,polyporus-_-umbellatus,atractylodes_Bchinensis,fructs corni,salvia miltiorrhiza,angelica sinensis,semen coicis,herba hedyotidis diffusae,glycyrrhiza,dioscorea opposita,lotus stamen and radix bupleuri chinensis were the core drugs for professor wang xiaoqin to treat idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Treatment of this disease drugs are mainly composed of deficiency medicine,water infiltration wet medicine,heat clearing medicine,activating blood stasis medicine,dispel wind and dampness medicine.Radix stephaniaetetrandrine,astragalus-membranaceus;codonopsis-pilosu la,astragalus membranaceus;astragalus membranaceus,salvia miltiorrhiza;-poria-cocos,_-atractylodes-macrocephalae,polyporus_v umbellatus;poria cocos,fructs corni,dioscorea opposita;salvia miltiorrhiza,angelica sinensis were-professor wang's common experience combination in treating this disease.2.Deficiency of spleen and kidney is the fundamental factor in the development of idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Rheumatism internal disturbance is the initial factor of the disease,dampness and heat internal accumulation is the foundation of the further development of the disease,blood stasis and turbidities are the result of the development of the disease,each link mutual influence,mutual cause and effect.Replenishing spleen and tonifying kidney,strengthening the source and nourishing the kidney are fundamental.Dispelling wind and dehumidification,clearing water and heat as the focus;Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,eliminating symptoms and extending collaterals have always been the characteristics of Professor Wang Xiaoqin's medication in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy.3.The analysis of 24h urine protein quantification,serum albumin and other test indexes before and after the treatment showed that the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on reducing urine protein and improving serum albumin level in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy was accurate.
