PurposeThe clinical efficacy of interventional and conservative treatment in patients with BCS was compared and analyzed.MethodsAccording to the different treatment methods,162 patients with BCS were divided into the interventional treatment group(110 cases)and the conservative treatment group(52 cases). The treatment methods of the interventional treatment group included percutaneous balloon angioplasty(PTA),stent implanation, catheterization, etc, and postoperative anticoagulant therapy. The conservative treatment group was given liver protection, diuretic treatment,anticoagulation,anti-infection and other medical treatments, and the ascites, splenomegaly, esophgeal and gastric varicose vein, abdominal varicose vein, lower extremity swelling, reliefof lower extremity varicose veins, coagulation function, plasma albumin and bilirubin levels of patients in the two groups were analyzed before and after treatment.Results1.162 general data analysis of BCS patients showed that there was no significant difference in incidence between male and female patients. All age group can come on,41-60 years old of largest number of cases. The incidence in rural areas was significantly higher than that in urban areas(P<0.05).2.The remission rates of symptoms of ascites, splenomegaly, esophageal and gastric varices, abdominal varices, lower limb swelling and fatigue were significantly higher in the interventional treatment group than in the conservative treatment group than in the conservative treatment group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in remission rates of hepatic encephalopathy, varicose veins of lower limbs and lower extremity pigmentation(P>0.05).3.The differences in coagulation function, plasma albumin and bilirubin levels between the two groups before and after treatment wwere statistically significant in the surgical treatment group, but not in the conservative treatment group.ConclusionSurgical treatment of BCS patients is significantly better than conservative treatment, and timely surgical intervention can significantly improve the efficacy and prognosis.
