Objects Discussion Budd-Chiari syndrome(BCS) with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) diagnosis and treatment characteristicsMethods Collect Budd-Chiari syndrome in 24 cases of combined liver cancer and 80 cases of hepatitis B patients with hepatocellular carcinoma over the same period in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University of Hepatobiliary Surgery, June 2011 to June 2013 admitted summarized the general characteristics of the information, the treatment process, by telephone, referral and other methods of its follow-up, and statistical survival time(in months), hepatitis B and liver cancer patient data comparative analysis, and then summarize the diagnostic and therapeutic features.Results HCC patients with BCS of HCC patients with hepatitis B in age, gender,pretreatment Child classification, AFP value, tumor size, number of aspects of comparison was not statistically significant; the degree of tumor differentiation, portal vein and bile duct involvement aspects of the merger BCS HCC patients had a statistically significant difference compared with hepatitis B of HCC. The median survival time, 1 year, 2 years, 3-year cumulative survival rates, HCC patients with HBV was significantly better than the BCS of HCC patients.Conclusions 1, BCS is a risk factor of HCC, regular AFP, CT, ultrasound and other tests are particularly necessary. 2. Consolidated BCS of HCC compared with hepatitis liver cancer prognosis is good, longer survival.
