Objective: Established the regulations for the processing of red ginseng powder in Jilin Province,and evaluated the quality of samples of red ginseng powder in Jilin Province.Methods:1.Collect 54 batches of red ginseng from different origins,and carry out quality inspection in accordance with the relevant provisions under the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition)red ginseng to ensure the quality of the samples.2.Examine the best crushed particle size of red ginseng powder with the appearance characteristics,dissolution rate,moisture absorption rate,and stability as indicators,and clarify the processing parameters of red ginseng powder;according to the production-proven red ginseng powder processing technology,prepare 54 batches of red Ginseng sample.3.Use10 batches of red ginseng powder as samples to carry out researches on [traits],[identification],[check],[fingerprint],[content determination] and other items,and formulate quality standards for red ginseng powder.4.Use the grey correlation analysis method to establish a comprehensive quality evaluation system of red ginseng powder with indicators of origin,growth years,moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,and total content of 14 saponins as indicators.Results:1.All the indicators of the 54 batches of red ginseng collected meet the standards of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition)and can be used as raw materials for experiments.2.The investigation results of appearance characteristics show that the appearance,color and touch of red ginseng powder with different particle sizes are different.The fine powder is light brown,uniform in color,delicate in touch,and the grain is not obvious,which meets the traditional requirements for powdered pieces;The dissolution test results showed that the dissolution rate of the three saponins reached the maximum value at12 minutes for medium powder,and the dissolution rate of the three saponins reached the maximum value within 10 minutes for the fine powder,the finest powder,and the ultra-fine powder,with little difference;The results of the investigation on the moisture absorption rate show that the ultra-fine powder and the finest powder have a larger moistureabsorption rate,and the difference between the moisture absorption rate of the medium powder and the fine powder is not obvious and is relatively low;The results of stability investigation showed that the stability trends of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 in red ginseng powder of different specifications in the accelerated constant temperature test were basically the same.The results of the above-mentioned crushing particle size inspection test show that the best particle size of red ginseng powder should be fine powder.After production verification,the processing technology of red ginseng powder should be: take red ginseng,remove impurities,wash,dry,and crush into fine powder.3.Formulated the quality standard of red ginseng powder,including [name],[source],[processed],[traits],[identification],[check],[fingerprint],[content determination],etc.,a total of 14 items.4.The results of gray correlation analysis show that the degree of planting standardization and the growth period have an impact on the quality of red ginseng.The quality of red ginseng powder prepared from red ginseng from the planting base is mostly higher than that of red ginseng purchased from retail customers.Conclusion: 1.The processing parameters of the established red ginseng powder are clear,stable and feasible,and have good reproducibility.2.The established red ginseng powder quality standard project is set scientifically and the limits are formulated reasonably,which can effectively control the quality of red ginseng powder.3.Established a comprehensive quality evaluation system for red ginseng powder,and explored a quality grade evaluation method based on big data mode.
