In recent years,postpartum depression has become a common concern of the society.The incidence rate of postpartum depression is 6.6%-17.9%.Postpartum depression is not only a high incidence rate,but also a serious consequence,often accompanied by domestic violence,self mutilation,suicide,Dutch act.It is a hot and difficult point in the field of social work research that how to find the appropriate problem target among many social psychological factors,optimize the intervention strategy through the methods and means of social work.The intervention of case social work can provide professional and targeted services according to the situation of postpartum women,specific analysis of specific problems,use of professional theories,help the case owner to adjust the depression,make her regain self-confidence,positive and optimistic life,and gradually normalize his life.The scale analysis results show that Ms.Wu 's social support evaluation score is low from the three perspectives of objective support,subjective support,and support utilization,indicating that Ms.Wu 's current social support is low,so she has limited ability.Next,Ms.Wu will feel powerless,and then produce depression.Depressive mood greatly affected Ms.Wu's postpartum mental health,she neglected to take care of her children,this makes the relationship between husband and wife and mother-in-law and daughter-in-law also in a tense state.Therefore,the author use family system theory and social support theory and formulated a case-based social work service plan,and released emotions and adjusted mentality;walked into nature,relaxed mind and body;sorted out contradictions and eased relationships;family support,cultivated feelings;worked together to resolve contradictions and consolidate changes,active life.Six cases of progressive social work services.After the service,after the follow-up,it was found that Ms.Wu 's family communication became smoother,the relationship between her marital relationship and mother-in-law and daughter-in-law had eased,and she could also reach a consensus with her family in childcare.With more harmony,Ms.Wu's postpartum depression symptoms havesignificantly reduced,and her quality of life has improved significantly.Social work intervention,through real-time tracking,one-on-one services,to help postpartum depression adjustment and recovery,this can improve the depression of postpartum depression patients or people with postpartum depression,improve the quality of healthy life of women.It is of great significance for postpartum women's physical and mental healthy,the growth of infants and children,and the development of society to alleviate the family life contradictions of postpartum depression women.
