Objective:It aims to understand the incidence caused by the post-natal depression(Postpartum Depression PPD) and to explore a comprehensive psychological intervention on the treatment of postpartum depression,as well as postpartum depression and maternal hormone levels.Methods:Applying with The study used the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (Edinburgh postnatal depression scale.EPDS) form the 365 postpartum women within six weeks after investigation and the evaluation while screening for postpartum depression who are in accordance with the DSM-â…£diagnostic criteria for postpartum depression 42 are identifed as research subjects and they are divided into two groups as they will.One group is an integrated group of 21 cases of psychological intervention(the intervention group),another group of 21 cases of the control group.Intervention group is given a comprehensive psychological intervention measurs including cognitive therapy,psychological support therapy,behavior therapy, relaxation therapy,music therapy and so on,while,there is no any measures for the control group.The two groups separately integrated psychological intervention in the former,after the intervention of one week,six weeks,when the 6 month follow-up observation,and EPDS scale measurement,at the same time pumping blood morning 4-5ML measurement of serum estradiol, progesterone content.Results(1) the rate of incidence of postpartum depression is 11.5%,showing post-natal depression in mothers have a higher prevalence rate.(2) the intervention group by a comprehensive psychological intervention for 1 week, 6 weeks,6 months,EPDS index gradually decreases,estrogen levels gradually rise,compared with the control group there are significant differences.Conclusion This study shows that psychological intervention can effectively improve the symptoms of postpartum depression and shorten the course and in the current clinical treatment of postpartum depression,it is the most safe and effective measures;comprehensive psychological intervention for postpartum depression can be used as first-line treatment.
