Design Of X Hospital's Wisdom Financial System

With the gradual deepening of the Chinese medical reform,the implementation of a series of policies,such as the cancellation of drug addition,accounting by disease,DRGs payment mode,the rough management under the traditional financial management mode of the hospital has not been able to meet the needs of various audits under the new policy;while with the rise of the new medical institutions,such as the Internet hospital.With the convenience of Internet hospitals,traditional hospitals have a greater challenge.With the successful construction of the Financial Sharing Service Center of domestic enterprises in recent years,the financial management of enterprises has gradually transited from the rough management to the delicacy management,realizing the rapid transmission and effective exchange of internal information,gradually matching the financial process and business process of enterprises,and promoting the financial integration of enterprises.Wisdom financial management is to make full use of big data,cloud computing,Internet of things and other technical means on the basis of financial sharing service center management mode,expand the breadth and depth of financial data,deeply integrate financial management functions,further promote the integration of industry and finance,and realize the refinement,systematization and intelligence of enterprise financial management.The construction of hospital wisdom financial system will optimize hospital financial process,improve hospital risk management and control awareness,and provide reliable data support and theoretical basis for hospital financial management and operation decision analysis.This paper takes the design of X hospital's wisdom financial system as the research object,combined with the current situation of medical industry reform under the background of the Chinese medical reform,analyzes the urgent needs of large public hospitals to carry out wisdom financial management reform in the face of theimpact of emerging medical entities under the Internet economy.Based on the related research of Wisdom Finance Management at home and abroad,and referring to the practical experience of the construction of Enterprise Financial Sharing Service Center,this paper analyzes the theoretical framework and design ideas of X hospital's wisdom financial system design,studies and designs the system construction stage and information system architecture in line with the actual situation of the hospital.At the same time,in view of the possible restrictive factors in the construction of the hospital's intelligent financial system,specific safeguard measures are designed from the aspects of system guarantee,organization guarantee,personnel guarantee and capital guarantee,so as to ensure that the construction and operation of the X hospital's intelligent financial system conform to the basic purpose and design idea of the hospital's financial management reform.The construction of X hospital wisdom financial system can deepen the financial integration of hospital industry,accelerate the transformation of hospital financial personnel to management accounting,and improve the level of hospital financial management.At the same time,the influence of the hospital itself can be used to provide theoretical basis and practical experience for other hospitals to prepare for the reform of financial management mode,so as to promote the development and improvement of financial management level in the medical industry.
