A Study On Public Health Agency' Finance Supply Problem Of Changsha City

To strengthen the reform of the medical care system is a great project made by our Party and the central government for the over one billion people, a gigantic plan that connects the hearts of people and abides by their opinions,as well as an important practice that deeply exerts scientific development concept.This thesis, based on the theories in social management, points out the issues, as well as causes, in current finance supplement of the finance and products ports of the social hygiene institutes, by the means of qualitative analyzing the state of social hygiene institutes` finance in the city of Changsha from 2006 to 2009.From the consequence we can draw a conclusion that the scarcity of finance is the highlight,which is a common issue in the majority of domestic social hygiene institutes.In the next place,it gives suggestions and solutions to the social hygiene institutes`finacial support by learning the experiences of foreign cities,i.e.different responsibilities and financial shares should be given to different governments correctly, provisions of finance should be boosted,medical care system should be dominated by the governments,the inner allocation should be adjusted,members of the institutes should be checked and the suppervision of funds should be strengthened.Finance supports` policies of the social hygiene institutes are of great significance in the perspective of theory and practice.To optimise the use of public financial resources,motivate the sustainable developments and improve the ability of supplying social hygiene and service ,they can also play an important role . The research of this thesis can offer theory conduct and reference significance to the the city of Changsha in financial support and reform.
