Purpose Patients with neurogenic bladder after eligible spinal cord injury were collected, and the clinical effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with bladder function training on neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury was investigated. To observe whether Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with bladder function training to treat neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury has improved in 24-hour urination diary, residual bladder volume, and international lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS)and urinary symptoms(USDS)score It is superior to the treatment using a single bladder function training, which opens up a new idea for clinical work. Methods Fifty cases of neurogenic bladder patients with spinal cord injury in the first affiliated hospital of anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine were collected. After signing the informed consent, all the cases conforming to the diagnosis of traditional Chinese and western medicine were divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group. Both groups received basic treatment, the control group received bladder function training, and the observation group received bladder function training in combination with tongdutongshen acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Urinary diary index, bladder residual urine volume,LUTS and USDS scores and clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment in the two groups.SPSS21.0 was used for scientific statistical analysis and treatment to further compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two treatment methods. The results(1)Comparison of general data between the two groups of patients: After inspection, the two groups of patients included in the case were not significantly different in terms of gender, age, and course of disease, were not statistically significantand were comparable(P > 0.05)?(2)Comparison of urine diary at 24h: after treatment, there were significant differences in the number of urine urination, number of urine leakage and single urine volume between the two groups compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001).After treatment, there were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in the reduction of urination frequency(P<0.001),significant differences in the increase of single urination volume(P<0.01),and significant differences in the reduction of urine leakage frequency(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group.(3)Comparison of bladder residual urine volume: after treatment, there was a significant difference in the improvement of bladder residual urine volume between the two groups compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.001).After treatment, there was a significant difference in bladder residual urine volume between the observation group and the control group(P<0.001),and the improvement was more significant in the observation group than in the control group.(4)Comparison of LUTS and USDS scores: the reduction of LUTS and USDS in the two groups after treatment was significantly different from that before treatment in the same group(P<0.001,P<0.001).The reduction of LUTS and USDS in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group after treatment(P<0.001,P<0.001),and the improvement in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group.(5)Clinical efficacy evaluation: After examination, the total recovery rates of the two groups were 12% in the observation group and 4% in the control group. After removing invalid cases, the total effective rates were 92% in the observation group and 72% in thecontrol group. After testing, the two groups were statistically significant after treatment, with significant differences(P<0.01),and the observation group was better than the control group in terms of recovery rate and overall effectiveness.Conclusion(1)Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with bladder function training can effe ctively reduce the number of urination times, leakage times, residual bladder volume, and increase the single urination volume, improve the patient's bladder function, increase satisfaction, and reduce clinical symptoms.Improve the ability of daily life,so that patients can return to society as soon as possible.(2)Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with bladder function training can be used to treat neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury. The clinical effect is better than single bladder function training, and the operation is simple, low cost, high patient satisfaction and easy.Acceptance provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury.
