Objective In this study, rapid acupuncture was used to treat lumbar disc herniation(LDH)of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.By observing the scores before and after treatment and the evaluation of clinical efficacy, the rapid acupuncture was used to treat LDH of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. The clinical effect of this method provides a safe and effective treatment method and objective basis for the clinical treatment of the disease and further explores the advantages of such diseases as acupuncture. Methods Based on the research criteria,60 patients with LDH of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis type who were treated in the third department of acupuncture in Wuhu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected according to the research criteria. They were divided into two groups for clinical observation and statistical analysis according to the principle of randomness. There were 30 cases in the treatment group(rapid acupuncture group)and 30 cases in the control group(conventional acupuncture group). The treatment group was treated with rapid acupuncture and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. The two groups of treatments were given once a day,10 times as a course(on Sundays),a total of 2 courses.Observation indicators were evaluated using the Japan Orthopaedic Association Evaluation of Treatment Score(JOA),Visual Analogue Scoring(VAS),Oswestry Lumbar Dysfunction Index Evaluation Form(ODI),and clinical efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine. After each course of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was collected.Data, comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the pain degree and dysfunction before the treatment, the first course of treatment, and the second course of treatment of the two treatment groups.Results1.There was no significant difference in the age, gender, course of disease,VAS score,JOA score, and ODI score between the two treatment regimens before treatment(P>0.05).After statistical analysis, the difference was not statistically significant.2.Comparison of VAS scores between the two groups of patients is as follows:Comparison within the group: The VAS scores of the two groups of patients decreased after the end of the first course and after the end of the second course, and the data were statistically analyzed, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Comparison between groups: The results of the treatment group and the control group were compared after the end of the first course and the end of the second course. The VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05)3.The JOA scores of the two groups of patients are compared as follows:Comparison within the group: The JOA scores of the two groups of patients increased after the end of the first course and after the end of the second course, and the data were statistically analyzed, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Comparison between groups: The results of the treatment group and the control group after the end of the first course and the end of the second course were compared. The JOA score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.The ODI scores of the two groups of patients are compared as follows:Comparison within the group: The ODI scores of the two groups decreased after the end of the first course and after the end of the second course, and the data were statistically analyzed, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Comparison between groups: The results of the treatment group and the control group after the end of the first course and the end of the second course were compared. The ODI score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.Comparison of clinical efficacy evaluation between two groups of patients: 19 cases were cured in the treatment group,10 cases were improved,1 case was not healed, the total effective rate was 96.67%;10 cases were cured in the control group,15 cases were improved, and the total effective rate was 53.3%.The chi-square test was used to compare the total effective rates of the two groups. The results were: 2 = 6.460,P =0.040,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion1.The rapid acupuncture method is effective in treating qi stagnation and blood stasis type LDH,which can significantly improve the patient's pain and limb dysfunction, thereby improving the quality of life of the patient, and it is worthy of further promotion and application.2.rapid acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can improve pain and limb dysfunction in patients with LDH with qi stagnation and blood stasis(P <0.01).The effect was more significant in the conventional acupuncture group(P <0.05).
