Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris(Blood Stasis Syndrome) With Yiqi Huayu Decoction

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huayu decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis syndrome)by observing the difference of PASI score,single skin lesion,TCM syndrome score and pruritus degree before and after treatment.Methods: all selected cases were from patients diagnosed as psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis syndrome)in the dermatology department of traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shanxi Province from November 2018 to August 2019.The patients were randomly divided into Yiqi Huayu decoction group and Yu Jinyin chip group according to the ratio of 1:1.There were 30 cases in the experimental group and 29 cases in the control group due to the shedding and termination of the experiment.The experimental group was orally treated with Yiqi Huayu decoction.Ingredients: Astragalus membranaceus 30 g,Codonopsis pilosula 10 g,Baizhu 20 g,Salvia miltiorrhiza 10 g,Angelica sinensis 12 g,mature ground 10 g,Paeonia Alba 10 g,Chuanxiong 10 g,peach kernel 10 g,safflower 10 g,Yinhua 10 g,forsythia 10 g,tulip10g,orange skin 10 g,scorpion 3g,licorice 6g.In order to ensure the efficacy,the granule of Shanxi traditional Chinese medicine hospital preparation pharmacy was selected,400 ml boiling water was used when taking it,200 ml each was taken in the morning and evening,and the patient was told to take the medicine before meal with 30 min.Course of treatment: 14 days as a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 4 courses;control group,oral Yu Jin Yin chip tablets,usage: oral,4 tablets,three times a day.Take it after dinner.Both groups were applied with white vaseline,evenly applied to the lesions,and gently rubbed with fingers to make them fully absorbed,twice a day.According to the guiding principles of Clinical Research on New drugs of traditional Chinese Medicine(trial)Before and after treatment,PASI,TCM syndrome score,pruritus score and quality of life score were recorded and statistically analyzed by SPSS software.Results: 1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,sex,course of disease,family history and predisposing factors before treatment(P>0.05).The infection factor was the main inducement,accounting for 30.5% of the total population.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Intra-group comparison: After treatment,compared with pre-treatment,all the observation indexes were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),The symptoms were improved after 8 weeks of treatment in both groups.3.Group comparison: After 2 weeks of treatment,the infiltration score of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which showed that the infiltration score of the experimental group improved significantly after 2 weeks of treatment,and was superior to that of the Control Group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the Erythema and Area score of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05),which showed that the Erythema and Area score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.Area scores were not statistically different between the two groups at 6 weeks and end of treatment(P>0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,there was significant difference in PASI score and TCM Syndrome score between the two groups(P<0.05),which showed that the experimental group improved Pasi score and TCM Syndrome score after 6 weeks of treatment better than the control group.At the end of treatment,the scales,itching and quality of life scores in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those in the Control Group(P<0.05).4.After 8 weeks of treatment,the experimental group basically cured 2 cases,significant effect 9 cases,effective 13 cases,invalid 6 cases,the total effective rate 80%;the control group basically cured 0 cases,significant effect 5 cases,effective 12 cases,ineffective 12 cases,total effective rate 58.62%;the two groups of patients have statistical difference in curative effect,it can be seen that the experimental group is better than the control group.Conclusion:Yihuayu decoction is effective in the treatment of psoriasis with blood stasis,and the adverse reactions are few,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
