The Experience Of Guo Junjie In The Treatment Of Perdiabetes And Patterns Of Chinese Herbs

Objective:Through clinical follow-up learning,consulting classic literature,collecting clinical medical records,and comprehensive collection and analysis of Professor Guo Junjie's prescriptions for the treatment of pre diabetes through the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistance system(v2.5),we can get Professor Guo's clinical experience,which provides a new idea and basis for the clinical treatment of pre diabetes.Methods:1.Through clinical follow-up study,observe the clinical manifestations of pre diabetes,and collect the outpatient and inpatient medical records of pre diabetes patients,combined with the research and selection criteria of classic literature,sort out and analyze the medical records,and select 180 effective prescriptions of Professor Guo for pre diabetes treatment that meet the criteria.2.The 180 effective prescriptions of Professor Guo who met the inclusion criteria for treating pre-diabetes were screened into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance system one by one,and the distribution of the syndrome types of the disease was analyzed.The correlation between drugs and new prescriptions,etc.,explore the rule of clinical medication of Professor Guo in the treatment of pre-diabetes.Results:1.Professor Guo always adheres to the idea of "the whole concept" in his understanding and treatment of the disease,and believes that the pathogenesis of the disease is based on the deficiency,the deficiency of Spleen Qi is the essence,the phlegm and blood stasis are the standard,and the disease affects the heart,lung,liver and kidney.In the treatment,we should pay attention to the application of "harmony method" and "Dispelling pathogenic factors and consolidating the root,eliminating and supplementing simultaneously".2.Professor Guo thinks that prediabetes can be devided into four patterns of syndrome,which is Spleen Deficiency and dampness Stagnation,Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency,deficiency of both vital energy and yin and Spleen and kidney deficiency.They can be treated respectively by Liujunzi Tang,Xiaoyao San,Shengjinjianpi Tang,Shenqidihuang Tang.3.The top eight of Chinese herbs which are used by 90 times and their usually dose is:moutan bark(12g,15 g,20g),radix scrophulariae(15g,20g),radices paeoniae alba(15g,20g),rhizoma atractylodis(15g,20g),ramuli euonymi(15g,20 g,),chrysanthemum(12g,15g),fructus ligustri lucidi(20g,30g),radix curcumae(12g,20g).And Professor Guo emphasizes the combination of Chinese herbs,such as radices paeoniae alba and white atractylodes rhizome,moutan bark and radix curcumae,Astragalus mongholicus and dried tangerin,and so on.4.The proportion of drugs in the application of four Qi was cold 872(43.32%),warm554(27.52%),plain 305(15.15%),cool 281(13.96%);the proportion of five flavors was bitter 1515(38.3%),sweet 1091(27.58%),pungent 750(18.96%),acid 332(8.39%),salty194(4.9%),astringent 74(1.87%).5.The first six places of meridian tropism were liver,kidney,lung,spleen,stomach and heart.6.Cluster analysis was used to get the core combination of 11 groups of traditional Chinese medicine,which evolved into 11 new prescriptions.7.Although the subjective perception is different from the objective analysis results,traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to "syndrome differentiation",so the "syndrome" should be used in clinical diagnosis and treatment,rather than blindly applying the objective analysis results.Conclusion : Professor Guo Junjie has been engaged in clinical diagnosis and treatment for more than 30 years,and has his own unique views on this disease.Through the analysis of the subjective perception and the objective data obtained from the system,it is concluded that the pathogenesis of the disease is based on the deficiency,the spleen is not healthy,and the phlegm and blood stasis are combined.Therefore,the treatment methods of "harmony method" and "removing pathogenic factors and strengthening the foundation,eliminating and supplementing simultaneously" are established.Through the analysis and study of its medication law,we can provide a new way of thinking and basis for clinical treatment of this disease.
