Date Mining Research On The Law Of Formulation And Medication Of Chronic Lung Diseases By Oral Herbal Paste

Objective:Through Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,the ointment prescriptions of ancient pulmonary diseases are collected and sorted out,the characteristics of medication and the regularities of prescription are explored,and new prescriptions are developed according to the correlation coefficient of drugs,providing reference for the future clinical treatment thoughts of pulmonary diseases.Methods : We should manually retrieve the books in the library,record the selected prescriptions of lung diseases,and input them into the computer documents for the record.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the method of data preprocessing was used to conduct secondary screening and data processing of the collected prescriptions.Then,we logged on the prescription management system in the TCM,and input the selected name,source,disease,composition of ointment prescriptions and names and dosages of drugs into the system.The whole process was recorded by two people and reviewed by a special person.The statistical report system and data analysis system were used to make statistics on the types of diseases,the frequency of medication,the four Qis,the five flavors and the meridian tropisms of the ointment prescriptions of pulmonary diseases.Then,association rule analysis,improved mutual information method and entropy clustering of complex system method were used to analyze data,and high-frequency pharmaceutical compositions and new prescriptions were obtained.Result:1 Overall: A total of 210 prescriptions are included in this study,including 210 traditional Chinese medicines.The most common prescriptions are for the treatment of cough,followed by asthma,tuberculosis and cold.The drugs with the highest frequency are almond,licorice,Ophiopogon japonicus,ginger,aster,butterbur,etc.The four Qis are mainly warm,the five flavors are mainly sweet,and most of the drugs belong to lung meridian;The commonly used pharmaceutical compositions are the compatibility of drugs such as almond,ginger,licorice,aster and butterbur,and 11 new prescriptions are developed.2 Different types of diseases: the most frequently used drugs in the ointment prescriptions for treating cough are almond,licorice,ginger,aster,butterbur,etc.The four Qis are mainly warm,the five flavors are mainly sweet and meridian tropisms are mainly lung;The commonly used pharmaceutical compositions are the compatibility of drugs such as almond,ginger,Ophiopogon japonicus,Fritillaria cirrhosa,aster and butterbur and 9 new prescriptions are developed.The most frequently used drugs in treating asthma syndrome are almond,liquorice,aster,butterbur,ginseng,etc.The four Qis are mainly warm,the five flavors are mainly sweet,and meridian tropisms are mainly lung;The commonly used pharmaceutical compositions are the compatibility of drugs such as almond,licorice,ginseng and ephedra and 8 new prescriptions are developed.In the ointment prescriptions of treating tuberculosis,the most frequently used drugs are Ophiopogon japonicus,Asparagus cochinchinensis,Tuckahoe,Radix rehmanniae,Fritillaria cirrhosa,etc.The four Qis are mainly cold,the five flavors are mainly sweet,and meridian tropisms are mainly lung.The commonly used pharmaceutical compositions are the compatibility of drugs such as Ophiopogon japonicus,Asparagus cochinchinensis,ginseng,Tuckahoe,Fritillaria cirrhosa and five groups of new prescriptions are developed.Conclusion:1 The main pulmonary diseases treated with oral herbal paste in ancient medical books are cough,asthma and tuberculosis,which are mainly related to the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,the physiological characteristics of the lung and the treatment characteristics of oral herbal paste.The most commonly used drugs in the ointment prescriptions are almond,aster,butterbur,ginseng,Radix rehmanniae,etc.The treatment principles mainly include relieving cough and asthma,moistening lung for removing phlegm,tonifying Qi and strengthening spleen.The compatibility of high-frequency drugs constitutes the core combination for the treatment of chronic pulmonary diseases.According to the different syndromes,new prescriptions evolved include drugs with the effect of dispelling wind and cooling,regulating Qi and strengthening spleen,nourishing Yin as well as blood,and clearing heat-fire.2 The treatment principle of cough is the same as the general principle.The ointment prescriptions are mainly composed of drugs with the effect of relieving cough and asthma and moistening lung for removing phlegm.In the new prescriptions evolved,some new drugs are added which can tonifying Qi and raising Yang,expel wind to relieve exterior syndrome and clear heat-fire.3 The treatment principles of asthma are to nourish the lung,tonify the kidney,regulate Qi,and relieve asthma.The ointment prescriptions increase the proportion of anti-asthma drugs,supplemented by antitussive drugs,and new prescriptions evolved add the drugs of warmly invigorating kidney Yang and relieving exterior syndrome.4 The treatment principles of tuberculosis are mainly nourishing Yin,ventilating lung and purging internal heat.A large number of Yin-nourishing drugs are used in the ointment prescription,and at the same time it is combined with antitussive and expectorant drugs.The new prescriptions evolved mainly include drugs of benefiting Qi,nourishing blood and enriching essence and marrow.5 Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System can be used to mine the complex and diverse information data of the oral herbal paste for pulmonary diseases,analyze its rules of prescription and medication,and generate new prescriptions,demonstrating in the form of tables and network diagrams and providing new ideas for the treatment of pulmonary diseases in the future.
