Objective:To investigate the present situation of early postoperative recovery quality of inpatients with perianal disease,to reveal the recovery process of inpatients with perianal disease, and to explore the influencing factors of postoperative recovery of inpatients with perianal disease. To understand the influence of operation on anorectal surgery patients as a whole,so as to provide a basis for the formulation of intervention measures to promote the early recovery of patients undergoing perianal surgery. Methods:In this study, clinical investigation was used.Firstly,A total of 220 inpatients were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Secondly,General condition questionnaire, recovery quality scale-15(QOR-15),Brief illness perception questionnaire and Social support rating scale were used to collect the general data of patients, the scores of recovery quality, disease cognition and social support on the first day before operation(T1)and the first day after operation(T2)and the second day after operation(T3).Repeated measurement analysis of variance and multiple stepwise regression analysis were used to explore the factors affecting the early recovery quality of inpatients in anorectal department.Results:1.Among the 220 patients,208 patients completed 3 questionnaires, the effective response rate was 94.6%.2.The highest scores of the three recovery quality assessments were 150 points, and the lowest scores were 94 points,85 points and 97 points, respectively. The average scores were(135.09±14.83),(123.84±17.87),(141.18±8.98),respectively.The average scores of each dimension of the recovery quality scale were as follows: physical comfort(46.15 ±4.84),pain(16.14 ±4.70),physiological independence(18.07 ±3.29),psychological support(19.92 ±0.68)and emotion(34.59 ±5.92).3.The results of variance analysis of repeated design data showed that there were differences in recovery quality scores among patients with different income(F=5.24,P < 0.05),disease knowledge cognition(F = 2.85,P < 0.05),course of disease(F = 2.89,P < 0.05),anesthesia time(F=4.36,P < 0.05)and complication outcome(F=4.37,P < 0.05).4.The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the recovery quality score at T2 time point included the course of disease, the time of anesthesia and complications, and the three factors could explain 7.2% of the total variation. The factors affecting the recovery quality score at T3 time point included disease course, income and disease knowledge, and the three factors could explain 5.2% of the total variation.Conclusion:1.The early recovery quality of patients with perianal diseases was at a good level,in which emotional recovery was the best and physiological independence recovery was the worst, but there were great differences among individuals, and there were differences in recovery quality among different time points, the worst at T2 and the best at T3.2.Income,knowledge of disease, course of disease, time of anesthesia and complications were the main factors affecting the quality of early recovery.Income, course of disease, time of anesthesia and operative complications affected the quality of recovery at T2 time point. The course of disease, income and disease knowledge of patients affect the quality of recovery at T3 time point. In view of the fact that the results of this study have not yet involved the investigation and analysis of special drugs to promote wound recovery, body immunity, postoperative constipation and mechanical stimulation,it is suggested that the scope of future research can be expanded on this basis.according to the results of the study to explore the design of nursing intervention measures to observe its application effect.
