Objective:In this study,by observing the clinical efficacy of Jianbi decoction combined with "six-step method" functional exercise in the treatment of frozen shoulder in the acute phase, the mechanism of Jianbi decoction and "six-step method" functional exercise was discussed, and the reliable theoretical and clinical basis was provided for the clinical application of this therapy. Methods:From December 2018 to January 2020,60 patients with acute frozen shoulder who were treated in the Orthopedics Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria of this study were collected.According to the method of random number table,it was divided into two groups, among which the treatment group and the control group each had 30 cases.Patients in the treatment group took "Jianbi decoction" single herb granules orally, one dose per day, washed with 200 ml boiling water, and took it half an hour after breakfast and dinner.Patients in the control group were given celecoxib capsules orally, one pill once a day, twice a day,and half an hour after breakfast and dinner.Patients in both groups were given "six-step method" functional exercise twice a day,10 times each time."Six steps" function exercise immediately after the ice compress shoulder injury20 min. Both groups were treated with 2w as a course of treatment, and 4w were observed continuously. The gender, age, disease course and pathological shoulder of the two groups were recorded for statistical analysis, and the VAS pain score,CMS score, shoulder range of motion, and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before, after and after treatment of 2w and 4w were recorded for statistical analysis. Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age, course of disease, general information of shoulder lesions,VAS pain score,CMS score, and range of motion of shoulder joint before treatment(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.1.VAS pain score,CMS score and shoulder range of motion in the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed, and P<0.05 was statistically significant.Explanation: both of the two therapies have certain curative effects in relieving shoulder pain, improving shoulder joint function and improving shoulder joint range of motion.2.The VAS pain score,CMS score and shoulder range of motion were statistically analyzed between the two groups after 2w treatment and 4w treatment, and the difference was significant: P<0.01.Explanation: the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in relieving shoulder pain, improving shoulder joint function and improving shoulder joint range of motion.3.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups: Z=-2.116,P=0.034,P<0.05,the total effective rates of the two groups were 96.67% and 83.33%,respectively,indicating that the overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion:Jianbi decoction combined with "six-step method" functional exercise and crecoxib combined with "six-step method" functional exercise had therapeutic effect on patients with acute frozen shoulder. However, the former is more effective and has significant advantages in relieving shoulder pain, improving shoulder function and improving the range of motion of shoulder joint. It is a safe and effective Chinese medicine treatment.
