Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Damp-heat Type Ulcerative Colitis By Colon Dialysis With Pulsatilla Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Pulsatilla Decoction on the treatment of damp-heat type ulcerative colitis by colon dialysis,and to provide a variety of methods and reliable theoretical basis for the treatment of ulcerative colitis with Pulsatilla Decoction in the future.Methods:The patients were randomly selected from the outpatient department of proctology,Anhui provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from November 2018 to December 2019,with 60 cases diagnosed as damp-heat type ulcerative colitis.They were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.They were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given colonic dialysis with Pulsatilla Decoction,and the control group was given colonic dialysis with Mesalazine sustained release granules(Etisa)once a day for 4 weeks.Through the evaluation of the comprehensive curative effect after treatment in the two groups,and the observation of the modified Mayo score before and after treatment,Baron endoscopic UC activity grading score,the influence of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein level,TCM syndrome score,and the curative effect of TCM syndrome after treatment,the clinical effect was evaluated.Results:(1)In terms of the comprehensive efficacy after treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(2)In terms of modified Mayo score,both groups were better than before after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(3)In terms of Baron endoscopic UC activity grading,both groups were better after treatment than before,and the treatment group was better than the control group after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(4)In terms of ESR and CRP,both groups were better after treatment than before,and the treatment group was better than the control group after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(5)In terms of TCM symptom score,both groups were better than before after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(6)In terms of the curative effect of TCM syndromes after treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(7)In terms of adverse reactions,2 cases of abdominal discomfort and 3 cases of anal pain occurred in the control group;In the treatment group,1 patient had abdominal discomfort and 1 patient had anal pain.After clinical guidance and instructions,the patient relaxed his anus and tense mood,but the symptoms disappeared without drug treatment or suspension of the course of colon dialysis,which did not affect the time and course of colon dialysis.Conclusion:Syndrome in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,using Pulsatilla Decoction or Etisa colon dialysis therapy has clinical curative effect,and the comprehensive efficacy after treatment,modified Mayo score,Baron endoscopic UC activity grading score,ESR and CRP,TCM syndrome score,and the curative effect of TCM syndrome after treatment aspect,Pulsatilla Decoction is better than Etisa.
