Analysis On The Driving Factors Of Enterprisevalue Of "Internet + Medical Care"

With the advent of the information age and the promotion of the "Internet +" national strategy,Internet medical treatment is gradually applied by people.More and more enterprises begin to apply Internet medical technology to realize resource sharing and integration to enhance the value of the company.Taking ping an hao doctor,an "Internet + medical" enterprise listed in 2018,as an example,this paper analyzes the competitive advantages of enterprises based on dynamic capability theory,network externality theory and resource-based theory,and finds out the value drivers affecting enterprises.Ping an hao doctor has been listed for five years,and2020 will be the second year of its listing.Although it has suffered losses since its establishment,it is the only listed "Internet + medical" comprehensive platform company,which is favored by investors.Since its listing,the market value has grown,which is worth exploring.The research of this paper is of reference significance to the business model analysis of "Internet + medical" enterprises in China and the research of value drivers.This article is based on "Internet + medical industry background,respectively from the political,economic,social and technological environment macro environment analysis,value driving factors can be divided into financial value drivers and non-financial value drivers,and according to the characteristics of the industry from the return on invested capital,capital structure,growth rate and cash flow of four aspects to analyze financial value drivers.Non-financial value drivers include platform construction,resources integration,social network and corporate structure,but because of "Internet + health" is the emerging industry,the company is in the exploration,this paper argues that in this phase of financial value factors deserves more attention than the financial value factors,and on the basis of establishing analysis framework used in the case analysis.Through the research,it is found that through the establishment of difference platform,the optimization of software design is conducive to bring good consumption experience to consumers.Through the integration of medical resources and customer resources and the establishment of social network with various industries,it is conducive to the expansion of enterprise scale,the increase of customer stickiness,and the indirect promotion of enterprise value.Financial factors also play a key role as direct factors.This study provides reference Suggestions for enterprises that are about to transform or have transformed to the field of "Internet + healthcare",and alsoprovides reference for the government when formulating medical support policies.
