Research ? elderly diabetes patients under natural walking gait of plantar pressure distribution,and compared the data with healthy subjects,find the foot pressure abnormal spot and the reasons of ? elderly diabetes patients,provides the basis for its daily prevention and clinical diagnosis and treatment and the design of diabetes shoes.This study randomly selected in the hospital for medical treatment in Elderly patients with diabetes(Elderly Diabetic Mellitus and EDM),a total of 41 and healthy Elderly subjects(Elderly Normal control,ENC)a total of 30 people,and Young and middle-aged healthy subjects(Young Normal control,YNC)a total of 30 people.The sole is divided into 10 foot regions:Heel Lateral(HL),Heel Center(HC),Heel Medial(HM),MidFoot(MF),1-5 Metartasal(m1-m5)and Toe(Toe,T).The wireless footbed pressure measurement system was used to measure the plantar pressure,and the plantar pressure data of all subjects walking in a straight line under the natural gait in a corridor of about 10 meters were collected.Finally,the data of 3-6 gait cycles were selected for analysis.The conclusions are as follows:for the plantar peak pressure,the foot areas m1-m5 and T in the metatarsal part of EDM group are significantly increased,among which M3,M4 and M5 have the most obvious difference,and the foot areas M1 and M2 are the feet areas with the greatest plantar peak pressure.The peak plantar pressure in heel area showed that HL foot area was much larger than HM foot area.As for the percentage of plantar bottom peak time,the EDM group showed the most significant differences in MFS HL and HC compared with ENC group and YNC group,and the female EDM group also showed relatively high differences in M5 foot area.As for the percentage of touchdown area of all plantar subdivisions,the percentage of touchdown area of all plantar subdivisions of EDM group showed differences in male and female.Compared with the control group,the male EDM group showed no differences,while the female EDM group showed differences in HC,M4 and M5.As for the percentage of impulse,EDM group showed significant difference in HC,HL,HM,m2-m4,and T,while the percentage of impulse in metatarsal area was low,and the percentage of impulse in heel area was high.For the X-axis and Y-axis moving distance of the plantar pressure center,the variation trend is>ENC group>YNC group of EDM group,and at the same time,men's x-cop and y-cop are significantly greater than women's.For 95%confidence ellipse area,EDM group was the smallest compared with ENC group and YNC group,and the variation trend was as follows:EDM group<ENC group<YNC group,and EDM group decreased significantly.
