A Comparative Analysis Of Urban And Rural Influencing Factors Of Lonely Sense In The Elderly In Tianjin

With the gradual acceleration of the aging population,the problem of loneliness of the elderly has attracted more and more attention.Due to the separation from children,the reduction of communication with the outside world,the change of physiology and pathology,the change of family status and social status,it is easy to cause loneliness of the elderly.It is an important factor affecting the mental health status of the elderly and the quality of life in later life.One,The differences in economics and culture between urban and rural areas have made certain differences in the loneliness of urban and rural elderly.Therefore,fully understanding the reality of the loneliness of urban and rural elderly and the influencing factors in various aspects is conducive to grasping the mental health characteristics and related needs of the elderly in China at the present stage,and doing reference for children,social workers and relevant departments to cope with the elderly and loneliness.In order to find the key factors affecting the loneliness of the elderly between urban and rural areas,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey of 1,550 urban elderly and 1,250 rural elderly in Tianjin.Finally,the loneliness of the elderly is taken as the dependent variable,and the basic situation of the elderly(analyzed from three aspects:individual level,family level and social level)An disordered multi-class logistic regression model of independent variables.Through model research and urban-rural comparative analysis,the results show that:(1)Judging from the overall situation,the loneliness of rural elderly in Tianjin is more serious than that of urban elderly.(2)The same influencing factors after the urban-rural comparison of the elderly in Tianjin include education level,health status,decision-making power of major household expenditures,economic status,cultural activities,and housing conditions.(3)The different influencing factors after the urban-rural comparison of the elderly in Tianjin include gender,marital status,status of children,and medical security.Finally,through the analysis of the causes of the urban-rural differences in the conclusions,combined with the current domestic and international countermeasures to alleviate the loneliness of the elderly,the paper puts forward targeted policy recommendations for the health care of the elderly in Tianjin from the individual level,the family level and the social level.
