Effective And Safety Of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe In The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (Qi Stagnation And Phlegm Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue prescription combined with western basic drugs in the treatment of stable COPD(syndrome of qi deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis).Methods: From December 01,2018 to December 31,2019,patients who met the criteria of "stable COPD(qi deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis)" admission and discharge,All cases came from the outpatient department and inpatient department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 58 eligible cases were included in this study.After making random envelopes by professional statisticians,they were randomly divided into a test group(a total of 28 cases were included and 0 cases fell off)and a control group(a total of30 cases were included.4 cases fell off),The experimental group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Fang orally on the basis of the control group for a total of 1 month.Three months after the treatment,comparing the difference between the safety index and the efficacy index of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and whether there are differences in the occurrence of adverse events.Results: 1.Baseline data of the two groups: gender,disease course and age,P > 0.05,with no significant difference;2.the differences of acute exacerbation times,mMRC score,CAT score and TCM syndrome total score between the two groups before treatment(p > 0.05)are comparable.3.The mMRC score was compared between groups,P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant?Compared with 6-minute walking test,acute exacerbation times,CAT score and TCM syndrome total score before and after treatment,p < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Recipe can relieve the clinical symptoms of stable COPD(Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome)patients,significantly improve the patient's activity endurance and quality of life.No adverseevents occurred in the test process,indicating that quadratic has no obvious clinical side effects and has good safety.
