Evaluation Of Pai Ta Zong Yang Method In The Stable Period Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of “ Pai Ta Zong Yang Method” in the stable period of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.Methods: In this study,the outpatients and inpatients of respiratory department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were diagnosed as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.Sixty patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease were enrolled in this study.They were randomized into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with western medicine combined with Pai Ta Zong Yang Method,while the control group was treated with western medicine for 1 month.The clinical efficacy of “ Pai Ta Zong Yang Method” in the stable period of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease was evaluated by observing 6-minute walking test,clinical symptom score,CAT score and MMRC score before and after treatment.Results: After statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,nation(P > 0.05),with comparability.Clinical symptom score,CAT score,comparisons within the group,of the treatment group and the control group was improved before and after treatment(P < 0.05).intergroup control,comparison of rank sum test between two groups of patients efficacy,(P < 0.05),with statistical significance,the treatment in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group.Six-minute walking test,MMRC score,comparisons within the group,of the treatment group and the control group was improved before and after treatment(P >0.05).The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in improving defecation quality and frequency(P < 0.05),the total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Based on the clinical research results of this subject,“ Pai Ta Zong Yang Method” in the stable period of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.It can improve the clinical symptoms,activity tolerance and quality of life of patients.A kind of.
