Objective: To discuss the therapeutic effect of Compound anthelmintic compoundon the establishment of decolorized C57BL/6 mice vitiligo model by applying hydroquinone to skin,and to provide experimental support for preclinical research of Bairesi Pill.Methods: The vitiligo model of C57BL/6 mice was established by applying hydroquinone to the skin.128 C57BL/6 mice with SPF grade and half male and half female were used to apply 2.5%hydroquinone ointment to the skin for 20 days after quarantine.Vitiligo appeared on the skin of the model animals.Divide the model into tables of random numbers based on the size of vitiligo Blank control group,model control group,natural recovery group,tacrolimus ointment group,vitiligo capsule group,low,medium and high dose Compound anthelmintic compoundgroup,16 mice/group,half male and half female.20ml/kg blank control group and model control group were given equal volume solvent,and other groups were given corresponding solution once a day for 30 days.the hair decolorization and decolorization area were observed with naked eyes and photographed the next day.After treatment,eyeball blood was taken,TYRosinase,Cholinesterase,Malondialdehyde content was determined by ELISA in separated serum,and melanin-containing hair follicles were counted by HE staining in skin.Results: 1)Photo score: the recruitment score of natural recovery group,tacrolimus ointment group,vitiligo capsule group,Compound anthelmintic compoundlow-dose group,Compound anthelmintic compoundmiddle dose group,Compound anthelmintic compoundhigh-dose group was higher than that of blank control group,lower than that of model In the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P>0.05);tacrolimus ointment group,vitiligo capsule group,Compound anthelmintic compoundlow-dose group,Compound anthelmintic compoundhigh-dose group The photo score of high dose group was higher than that of low and middle dose group;2)The proportion of the number of hair follicles with melanin: model group control,natural recovery group,tacrolimus ointment group,vitiligo capsule group,low,medium and high doses of Compound anthelmintic compoundgroup the proportion of the number of hair follicles with melanin is smaller than the blank control group,natural recovery group,tacrolimus ointment group,vitiligo capsule group,Compound anthelmintic compoundlow dose group,Compound anthelmintic compoundmedium dose group,Compound anthelmintic compoundhigh The proportion of hair follicles with melanin in the dose group was higher than that in the model control group(P>0.05);3)MDA: the MDA value of bairensi pill low dose group was lower than that of model control group and natural recovery group,and the MDA value of bairensi pill middle dose group was higher than that of baidianfeng capsule group and bairensi pill Low-dose group.The difference is statistically significant(P>0.05)4)TYR value: in the blank control group,vitiligo capsule group,natural recovery group,tacrolimus ointment group,low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group,TYR value was significantly higher than that in the model control group(P<0.05),But there is no obvious difference among other tissues(P>0.05);5)Spleen coefficient: the spleen coefficient of male mice in tacrolimus ointment group and vitiligo capsule group was lower than that in blank control group,model control group,natural recovery group and middle dose group of bairesi pill.The spleen coefficient of male mice in high dose group of Compound anthelmintic compoundBelow the natural catering group.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The spleen coefficient of female mice in model control group was higher than that in blank control group However,the spleen coefficient of female mice in recovery group,tacrolimus ointment group,baidianfeng capsule group,Compound anthelmintic compoundlow-dose group,Compound anthelmintic compoundmiddle dose group and Compound anthelmintic compoundhigh-dose The group is lower than the sample group and the difference is statistically significant.(P<0.05);6)Thymus coefficient: there was no significant difference between male and female mice(P>0.05).Conclusion: Compound anthelmintic compoundcan promote the increase of TYRosinase content,Reduce the level of CHE and MDA and the proliferation of active melanocytes,thus promoting the production of melanin.The hair decolorization score is also significantly reduced.Compound anthelmintic compoundhas a good therapeutic effect on C57BL/6 mouse vitiligo model,and may have the same therapeutic effect as vitiligo capsule.
