Purpose: Explore the Yizhi Tongxuan Decoction horse injected β-amyloid25-35(Aβ25-35) method of learning and memory induced dementia (AD) and in thehippocampus of rats Gαq/11expression and brain Na+-K+-ATP, Enzymes of from theChinese "Xuanfu" theory to study AD. By selecting and Xuanfu nature relatedNa+-K+-ATP enzyme Gαq/11objective study of proteins, and the use of modernmolecular biology detection method is objective evidence that the correlation betweenthe onset of AD Xuanfu, from the perspective Xuanfu Differential Treatment of ADtreatment provide new understanding and objective basis. Method: Experimental part:select>=10months of age were90male Wistar rats by injection of Aβ25-35in thepreparation of the hippocampus of Alzheimer’s model rats were randomly divided intosham operation group, model group, educational Tongxuan soup high, low-dose groupand donepezil hydrochloride group. Six weeks after gavage, Morris water maze test oflearning and memory abilities of each group, positioning navigation test and testspace exploration, decapitated anesthetized rats, rat hippocampus were detected in thehippocampus Gαq measured by Western blot/11expression measured brain Na+-K+-ATP activity ultrafine method. Clinical part:Using Yizhi Tongxuan Decoction tomeet the criteria for AD’s patients,and to detecte the function of liver and kidney inpatients into the trial, and the efficacy of the final results of the evaluationscale.Results:Yizhi Tongxuan Decoction can improve dementia rat model of learningand memory ability and hippocampal expression levels within Gαq/11improve brainNa+-K+-ATP activity, and clinically for dementia patients have some cognitiveimprovement.Conclusion: Yizhi Tongxuan Decoction can improve learning andmemory in rats with dementia of the G protein Gαq/11ion channel protein expressionand Na+-K+-ATP activity has a regulatory role, the party no renal toxicity, and canimprove cognitive dementia, Differential Treatment AD feasibility through Xuanfu.
