Observation Of Curative Effect And Quality Of Life Of Qi Hong Powder In Treating Elderly Chronic Stable Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: To observe the efficacy and quality of life of Qi Hong Powder in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and stable angina pectoris.Methods: Seventy-two elderly patients with stable coronary heart disease,angina pectoris,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were divided into experimental group and control group according to random envelopes,each with 36 patients.They were given basic medicine plus Qi Hong Powder and basic medicine for 2 consecutive months.Followed up for 3 months.Symptoms of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome score,SAQ score,EQ-5D score,and safety indicators were compared between the two groups to observe the incidence of cardiovascular events.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the angina pectoris efficacy test group was 80.0%,which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group by 51.51%(P<0.05),and the improvement of the angina pectoris symptom score was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);2)The total effective rate of the TCM syndrome test group was 86.6%,which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group by 60.6%(P<0.05).The chest pain symptoms,TCM syndrome scores,and differences before and after treatment in the test group were significantly better than The control group(P<0.05);(3)The difference in PL score before and after treatment in the SAQ score test group was significantly improved(P<0.01),which was better than the control group,and there was no significant difference in the other dimensions(P>0.05);(4)Patients in the EQ-5D score test group had significant improvements in the difficulty of MOB and PA dimensions,and the overall improvement of EQ-5D score,EQ-VAS score,and 12-week EQ-VAS score after treatment were better than those of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01);(5)There was no significant difference in endpoint events and safety indicators between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion: Qi Hong Powder can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of elderly patients with CAS,especially in improving the physical activity and comfort of patients,and it is safe and effective.
