Clinical Observation Of Chinese Medicine Therapy To Treat Chronic Eczema Skin Damage Of The Type

Objective:Through the clinical observation on the treatment of chronic ECZEMA skin lesion of Yin deficiency and blood dryness with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,the safety and effectiveness were objectively evaluated to provide the basis for clinical application.Methods:In this study,64 cases of chronic ECZEMA WITH YIN deficiency and blood dryness were randomly divided into two groups:Treatment Group(32 cases),control group(32 cases),treatment group(2 cases per day);The Control Group:Oral Chinese Medicine Daily One dose,decoction,extract juice about 400ml,200ml every time,take in the morning and evening,external Coptis ointment twice a day,control group:Oral Chinese Medicine Daily Dose,decoction,take juice about 400ml,200ml every time,take in the morning and evening,external Coptis ointment twice a day.One Week was a course of treatment.The scores of skin lesion area,skin lesion shape,influence on sleep and itching degree were obtained before and after treatment by referring to Scorad scoring standard for the symptoms and signs of the two groups,then comparative analysis,objective evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation therapy,follow-up observation of patients with recurrence after 1 month.Results:(1)general situation comparison:Before Treatment Two groups basic data baseline is consistent(p>0.05),has the comparability.(2)there was significant difference in the improvement of Erythema between the two groups after 3 weeks of Treatment(p<0.05).The papules,crusts,mosses,exfoliation of epidermis,pruritus and dryness of the two groups were relieved,and the extent of skin lesions was reduced,but there was no statistical difference(p>0.05).(3)there was no significant difference between the two groups in the first and second week of treatment(p>0.05),but there was significant difference in the third week of Treatment(p<0.05).(4)there was significant difference in the total symptom score between the two groups at the first and Third Week(p<0.05),and no significant difference at the second week(p>0.05).(5)No side effects such as dizziness,chest tightness,shortness of breath,nausea,vomiting and skin irritation occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:1.The treatment of chronic Eczema of Yin deficiency and blood dryness with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with oral Chinese medicine and external use of Huanglian plaster has good curative effect.2.Along with the treatment time extension,the traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Treatment Yin deficiency blood dryness chronic eczema skin damage superiority gradually appears;3.The two treatment methods were safe and effective.
