0bserve The Effect Of Xi Hong Kang On Interleukin-6 Levels In Patients With Stage ? Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: Observe the clinical symptoms and interleukin-6,fasting blood glucose,urinary microalbumin,cystatin C,serum creatinine,and serum lipids in patients with diabetic nephropathy(stage ?)with Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis by clinical observation of Xi hong kang decoction.The effect of the level of the term,thus revealing the mechanism of action of Xi hong kang Fang in treating stage ? of diabetic nephropathy and evaluating its clinical application value.Methods: According to the principle of non-random grouping,60 selected diabetic nephropathy(stage III)patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the observation group was given orally at the same time as the basic treatment.Xi hong kang free-fried granules.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the indicators of interleukin-6,fasting blood glucose,urine microalbumin,cystatin C,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,alanine aminotransferase,urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,and blood lipid were compared.Results: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in general information between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the urine microalbumin levels in the observation group and the control group had no significant change compared with before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of cystatin C,serum creatinine,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,alanine aminotransferase,urea nitrogen,total cholesterol,fasting blood glucose,low-density lipoprotein,and high-density lipoprotein in the group were not significantly different than those before treatment in this group(P>0.05);It decreased before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of interleukin-6 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total scores of the syndromes of the two groups were statistically processed and there was a significant difference(P<0.05));Conclusion: Xi hong kang Fang,which has the effects of nourishing qi and nourishing yin,and promoting blood circulation and collaterals,can reduce triglycerideand serum interleukin-6 levels in patients with DN.It has certain advantages over western medicine alone in improving clinical symptoms and delaying the progression of the disease.
