Objective:To study the clinical features of cervical cancer in Xinjiang and the related factors affecting the prognosis of cervical cancer. Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 183 cases of cervical cancer treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2010 to December 2017.Data analysis using SPSS 25.0 statistical software for all data.Chi-square test for dichotomous variables and unordered multi-categorical variables, all tests are two-sided,inspection level is 0.05,P<0.05 is considered statistically significant.Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate the 1-year,3-year,and 5-year survival rates under given conditions. The model test method was Log-Rank.The test level was 0.05 and P <0.05.The corresponding survival curve and risk function were plotted curve.Quantitative analysis of risk factors with Cox multivariate regression. Results: 1.Cervical cancer has the highest incidence in the 40-49 age group.2.Compared with cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the most common clinical manifestation of cervical adenocarcinoma is vaginal fluid, the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Compared with gynecological examinations of cervical adenocarcinoma and cervical squamous cell carcinoma,6 of the 23 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma with cervical barrel thickening(26.1%)were significantly higher than the gynecological examination of 160 cervical squamous cell carcinoma patients 18 cases(11.3%)showed barrel barrel thickening of the body, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.Age,pathological differentiation, and vascular invasion are independent risk factors that affect the prognosis of cervical cancer. Conclusion: 1.40-49 years is the high incidence of cervical cancer. There is no significant difference in the average age of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical adenocarcinoma, and there is no obvious trend of younger onset.2.The common pathological type of cervical cancer in Xinjiang is cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and the prognosis and survival ofcervical adenocarcinoma are significantly worse than cervical squamous cell carcinoma.3.The clinical manifestations of cervical cancer have no obvious specificity, mainly manifested as vaginal bleeding, and patients with adenocarcinoma of the cervix have more vaginal drainage than patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma.4.Patients with cervical barrel enlargement in gynecological examination should pay attention to further examination.5.Age(?45 years),degree of pathological differentiation, and vascular invasion were independent risk factors for the prognosis of cervical cancer.
