Objective To study the clinical and pathological features of Patients with recurrent cervical cancer, assessment of prognostic factors on prognosis of recurrent cervical cancerMethods From January 2005 to December 2009, 168 patients with recurrent clinical data collection admitted to Shanxi Tumor Hospital for diagnosis and treatment, were eligible for analysis. All histologic Sections were reviewed by the chief physician of our hospital pathology specimens .Statistical methods included SPSS13.0 statistical software,Kaplan-meier survival curves ,long-rank test and chi-square test. After univariate analysis, come to the recurrence of significant factors.Multivariate analysis by COX proportional hazards model analysis(Elected to become a P≤0.05, excluding the variable P> 0.01),Come to a meaningful independent prognostic factors. Results:Univariate analysis showed that:clinical stage, tumor diameter≥4 cm, tumor differentiation, tissue histological type, lymph node metastasis, adjuvant chemotherapy is of prognostic factors (P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that: FIGO stage, histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis, adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy are independent prognostic factors. Conclusion; FIGO stage, histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis, adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy are independent prognostic factors. Therefore, we must comprehensive treatment in postoperative patients with risk factors, To improve the survival rate of patients, delayed recurrence.
