Mobile Medical Service is the integration of Internet-of-Things and medical technology,which benefits from both medical technology and information technology.Due to the intelligence in management and data analysis,utilization of deployed medical resource will be enhanced,thus yields much better health management and health support.Along with the advantage of social welfare and medical technique,it is widely accepted and acknowledged that mobile medical service and Cloud of Health can be easily and reliably accessed.Current techniques allowed users to store their physical measurement data at distributed data center.Through intelligent analytical algorithm,users can synthesize statistical report from their historical health data,as well as have early warnings for predictive health problems.Other than medical data,physical data like fitness,treatment,and nursery can also be integrated into this system and thus further upgrade the intelligent level of semi-personal virtual health consultant.Among mobile health applications,attentions are payed to cardiac health management and cardiac health platform.As is widely acknowledged,heart is the upmost important organ in our body,thus the condition of heart is decisively fundamental.Cardiac health management needs to handle the following two problems.First is the technique to maintain fast and non-intrusion measurement of health parameters,and second is the online storage and access of these data,through which intelligent analysis can be carried out and the predictive warning can be worked out.In this paper,an online cardiac health management scheme is proposed.Firstly,the uniqueness of cardiac data of personal health data and its distinguishing demand of privacy and security is analyzed.A storage scheme that combined privilege control and data encryption is prosed to safeguard user's cardiac data.Secondly,as a universal platform,it has outstanding compatibility to the diverse devices that can do medical assessments.In this paper,an open framework and corresponding protocol is proposed.In this framework,the open protocol is designed to be adaptive to a variety classes of devices.Through this protocol,multiple devices can be plugged into this system and make data transfer without major modifications.Finally,the cardiac health platform is designed and implemented based on the techniques that listed above,and proved the effectiveness and validity of proposed algorithm.Online cardiac health system is a universal health management system,specialized to handle health data from heart.This system provides uses a personalized,all time available and reliable private health consultant as well as first aid advisor.With the help of this system,users will be tendered by professional medical technique,enjoy enhanced quality of life,and prevent the suffering that might be originated from lack of medical knowledge.
