Quantitative Parameters Of DCE-MRI And IVIM-DWI Were Used To Evaluate The Efficacy Of HIFU In Uterine Fibroids Of Reproductive Age And Perimenopausal Period

Objective:To analyze the comparison of IVIM-DWI and DCE-MRI quantitative parameters in the treatment of uterine fibroids with high intensity focused ultrasound knife.Materials and methods:In December 2018 to October 2019,the hospital of department of gynaecology diagnosis of hysteromyoma and high intensity focused ultrasound ablation treatment of 60 cases of patients,respectively,in the preoperative and postoperative 48 hours after 1 week,3 months respectively routine MR scanning,IVIM-DWI and DCE can-MRI,through relevant parameters(ADC,eADC,StandardADC,f value,D,D * value,MSI,SER)on the same fibroids in ablation area were compared with those of the ablation area differences.Results:The correlation parameters of IVIM-DWI and DCE-,MR were compared before,48 hours after and 3 months after the perimenopausal period and the child-bearing age period,and the correlation parameters of ivim-dwi and dce-mri were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The values of MSI,SER,D* and f at 48 hours and 3 months after the operation were significantly different from those before the operation(P<0.05).The mean values of MSI and f after the operation were lower than those before the operation,and the mean values of SER and D* were higher than those before the operation..Conclusion:By comparing the relevant parameters of DCE-MRI and IVIM-DWI,there was no difference in the therapeutic effect of HIFU in the childbearing age period and perimenopausal period.DCE-MRI is IVIM-DWI technique for the treatment of uterine fibroids HIFU surgery effect can make a better assessment of IVIM-DWI can can blood supply of uterine myoma after HIFU lesion and perfusion of provides the certain reference value,although IVIM-DWI cannot serve as independent can check method to evaluate the efficacy of uterine fibroids HIFU surgery,but can be used as an auxiliary examination methods added to evaluate the effect of postoperative uterine fibroids HIFU.
