Objective:By detecting the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D,IL-17 and IL-10 in the serum of children with MPP and performing correlation analysis,to explore the incidence of 25(OH)D,IL-17 and IL-10 in MPP The role and significance.Methods:1.Sixty-six children with MPP admitted to the pediatric ward of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the experimental group, and 66 healthy children in the Children’s Health Department as the control group.2.According to the severity of the disease, the patients were divided into severe group and mild group.according to the symptoms of children, they were divided into wheezing group and non-wheezing group.3.The serum levels of 25(OH)D,IL-10 and IL-17 were detected by ELISA,and the data were collected and analyzed. Results: 1.The levels of 25(OH)D and IL-10 in MPP children were significantly lower than that in healthy children(P = 0.000).the levels of IL-17 in MPP children were significantly higher than that in healthy children(P = 0.000).2.25(OH)D in severe group was significantly lower than that in mild group(P = 0.001).IL-17 in severe group was significantly higher than that in mild group(P = 0.014).3.IL-17 in the wheezing group was significantly higher than that in the non-wheezing group, the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.000).4.There was a positive correlation between 25(OH)D and IL-10,r = 0.797,P = 0.000;there was a negative correlation between 25(OH)D and IL-17,r =-0.462,P = 0.000;there was a negative correlation between IL-17 and IL-10,r =-0.332,P = 0.006.Conclusions: 1.Vitamin D deficiency may increase the risk of MPP in children, and the lower the 25(OH)D level at admission, the more likely the disease will progress to severe MPP.2.IL-17 as a proinflammatorycytokine promotes the development of MPP,and its level can reflect the severity of MPP children’s condition to a certain extent. The higher the IL-17 level, the stronger the inflammatory response, resulting in smpp and The more likely it is to induce wheezing.3.IL-10 and IL-17 levels are negatively correlated, suggesting that IL-10 as an anti-inflammatory factor is involved in the pathogenesis of MPP.4.In children with MPP,25(OH)D is negatively correlated with IL-17 and positively correlated with IL-10,suggesting that 25(OH)D may promote the development of the disease by participating in the expression of IL-17 and IL-10 in children with MPP.
