ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics of life style related to phlegm dampness constitution by investigating and analyzing the relevant life style and living habits of phlegm dampness constitution people living in Guangzhou area,so as to explore and discuss the nursing guidance scheme of life style such as drinking,eating and living for phlegm dampness constitution people,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical nurses to do a good job in related health Education work,so as to truly achieve the dialectical teaching and nursing,guide the people to avoid bad living habits,effectively prevent and control various phlegm dampness constitution may lead to the occurrence and development of diseases,make the people less sick,and further reduce the medical economic burden of individuals and the country.MethodsUsing the method of cross-sectional epidemiological survey,taking the public institutions,enterprises,universities and communities in Guangzhou as the research object,first use the standard of classification and determination of constitution of traditional Chinese Medicine issued by the constitution branch of the Chinese society of traditional Chinese medicine to determine the constitution,and then use the questionnaire of personal health status and lifestyle to conduct personal general information for the research object The two questionnaires were both field surveys.The data obtained after the investigation were analyzed by SPSS 17.0,and the differences of li fe style composition between the two groups of phlegm dampness constitution and non phlegm dampness constitution were obtained.Results357 questionnaires were collected and 325 of them were valid questionnaires,accounting for 91.04%.Pearson ?2 test was used to compare the general situation and life style of the two groups of people with phlegm dampness and non phlegm dampness constitution Whether the current residence is in the old urban area of Guangzhou,whether the body mass index is normal or over standard has statistical significance;in terms of the characteristics of daily life,whether the living environment of the two groups is humid,whether the exercise activity is more than 30 minutes,whether the diet is partial to greasy,partial to nourishing,partial to warm,partial to sweet,like drinking tea and so on has statistical difference Significance:in terms of social sentiment,there is statistical significance in the proportion of rational and stable personality between the two groups;in terms of drug use and disease conditions,there is statistical significance in the proportion of whether the two groups have diabetes,chronic pharyngitis,hypertension,cerebrovascular disease,etc.;while there is no statistical significance in the comparison of the other items.ConclusionThrough the questionnaire research and analysis,compared with the non phlegm dampness constitution group,the phlegm dampness constitution group has the same personal health status and life style because of some characteristics of its constitution state,such as obesity,sweating,etc.,the phlegm dampness constitution group's native place is in Guangdong Province,living in the old urban area of Guangzhou,the body mass index exceeds the standard,the living environment is humid,and each exercise time The proportion of less than 30 minutes,more greasy diet,more nourishing,more warm,more sweet,more tea drinking,more rational and stable personality is higher than that of non phlegm dampness group,and the proportion of phlegm dampness group suffering from hypertension,diabetes,cerebrovascular disease,chronic pharyngitis is also higher than that of non phlegm dampness group.Through health education,changing the above-mentioned poor health status and lifestyle of the population may play a certain role in correcting phlegm dampness constitution and preventing the further development of diseases caused by phlegm dampness constitution..
