Background:With the continuous change and improvement of economic level since the reform and opening up,people's living standards and quality have been greatly improved.Meanwhile, people's lifestyles and diet also changed accordingly, accompanied by the increasingly aging of the population, leading to the annually high incidence of cardiovascular disease, which has become one of the diseases with highest incidence, injury rate and mortality rates in China.Among all the cardiovascular disease, coronary heart disease(CHD),i.e.coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is the main cause of disease, injury, and disability.According to the relevant research, there are over 300 risk factors that can directly cause the coronary heart disease.Hypertension is an important factor of the occurrence and progress of atherosclerosis. As one of the most common chronic diseases among cardiovascular disease, hypertension is one of the leading causes of death and disability.H-type hypertension, that is,patients with hypertension often accompanied by elevated plasma homocysteine levels, which has a positive correlation with coronary heart disease incidence and severity according to domestic and foreign researches. Objective:This study is to ascertain its correlation with coronary heart disease by studying the Homocysteine levels in the blood and the background information of patients. Methods:The study population are patients in the People's Liberation Army eighty-eight hospital from July 2015 to July 2016.Demographic data,ECG,clinical test data and so on were used as factors in this statistic analysis. The sample of 226 patients includes 72 female patients,154 male patients, and 96 patients of them are young people(according to the national age segmentation, young people are those who are under 45).Patients taking the relevant sensitive drugs are not included in the scope of this statistics, such as folic acid, contraceptives, etc.;Patients with severe liver and kidney damage, combined with myocarditis, pericarditis and other patients with organic heart disease, combined Patients with severe infection, patients with malignant tumors are not included in this statistics. Before the operation, blood parameters and biochemical indexes were measured, including liver function, renal function, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein, troponin, platelet, erythrocyte, myocardium, leukocyte, electrolyte and isotype Cystine level,etc...This study were grouped by SYNTAX score of coronary angiography results, the group classification criteria of the patient sample is: low-risk group of patients assigned score of 0-22 points, the risk Group of patients with a score of 23-32 points,high-risk group of patients with a score of more than 33.Taken the low-risk group as the control group,by plotting scatter, making a correlation analysis on homocysteine(HCY)levels and Coronary artery disease severity to analyze the relationship between the severity of coronary artery disease and other factors. The data were subjected to analysis of variance and t test in SPSS 22.0.Result:There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The levels of homocysteine were as follows: high risk group> middle risk group> low risk group,The data show that the level of homocysteine and coronary heart disease, development and pathological damage there is a positive correlation.(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The data show that there is a positive correlation between the level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The smoking rate was significantly higher in the high risk group than in the low risk group(P <0.05).The data show that smoking and coronary heart disease occurrence and development there is a positive correlation(P<0.05).The data showed that the level of uric acid was related to the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease. The uric acid level of the middle and high risk group was significantly higher than that of the low risk group(P <0.05).There was a significant difference between the low and high-risk group with heart disease, the heart disease with hypertension group and the heart disease with diabetes group. The low-risk high-risk heart disease group, the heart disease with hypertension and coronary heart disease with diabetes mellitus homocysteine(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart disease with hypertension and coronary heart disease with diabetes than the simple coronary heart disease group homocysteine level is high, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the heart disease with hypertension and crown There was no significant difference in homocysteine level between heart disease and diabetes mellitus group. The levels of homocysteine and uric acid in male and female were significantly higher than those in healthy men and women, and the difference was statistically significant. In the low and high risk patients, male homocysteine and uric acid Higher than women, the difference was statistically significant. The levels of homocysteine, uric acid, high sensitivity C-reactive protein and total cholesterol in middle and high risk groups were significantly higher than those in low risk group. The difference was statistically significant. There were no significant differences in age, sex, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, triglyceride, blood glucose and creatine kinase(P <0.05).conclusion:Through this study,it can be found that homocysteine, high sensitivity C-reactive protein and smoking rate have a positive correlation with the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease, but age, blood glucose, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein,Total cholesterol, triglycerides, creatine kinase and other effects on coronary heart disease is not obvious. The levels of homocysteine and uric acid in male patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension and coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in patients with coronary heart disease. At the same time, the levels of homocysteine and uric acid in male were significantly higher than those in female. In young patients, homocysteine, high sensitivity C-reactive protein levels and smoking history showed a positive correlation with the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.
