Objective1.To analyze the relationship between the degree of stenosis with age and sex.2.To observe the imaging performance of lumbar spondylolysis, lumbar facet joint and lumbar intervertebral disc with gas accumulation, and analyze their correlation with age and sex.Materials and MethodsRandomly selected 1000 cases of patients with lumbar CT scan, including 443 cases of male, female 557 cases, age range 14-87 years, mean age 49.41 years. The standards were graded according to the degree of lumbar vertebral arch isthmus stenosis.Grading standards: 0 degrees: normal,no depression with lamina of vertebral arch, both sides of isthmus of vertebral arch were straight state;first degree: the outer side sag and inner lamina to maintain normal;second degree: depression both inside and outside the edge of the lamina. Each case was evaluated for 12 parameters(L3L lower,L3 R lower,L3 L upper,L3 R upper,L4 L lower,L4 R lower,L4 L upper,L4 R upper,L5 L lower,L5 R lower,L5 L upper,L5 R upper). To observe the cases of lumbar spondylolysis(0 indicates no,1 indicates the presence of spondylolysis),lumbar facet joint pneumatosis(0 said no,1 said the presence of gas accumulation)and lumbar intervertebral disc pneumatosis(0 said no,1 represents only one disc product gas,2 represents more than two disc product gas)and the location of the performance. The variance analysis was used to compare the relationship between the parameters and gender, and the difference was statistically significant between P<0.05.The relationship between age and each parameter was compared by two variable correlation analysis, and the data were analyzed statistically.Results1.With the increase of age,the degree of stenosis of lumbar vertebral arch isthmus gradually increased, and in women the degree of stenosis of L3 and L4 vertebral arch isthmus was severer than that of male, and there was no significant difference between the L5 vertebral arch isthmus with sex.2.With the increase of age, there was no significant change in lumbar spondylolysis,no difference between sexes.3.With the increase of age,the incidence of lumbar facet joint amd lumbar disc gas increased, and the female was more than male.Conclusions1.The degree of stenosis of lumbar vertebral arch isthmus is correlated with age.2.There is no significant difference between the lumbar spondylolysis with sex and age.3.There is correlation between age and sex in small joint of lumbar vertebrae and lumbar intervertebral disc pneumatosis.
