Objective:A study on the surgical treatment and prognosis of the intraspinal enterogenous cyst, and to provide corresponding reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment in the future. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 10 cases of intraspinal enterogenous cyst from February 2013 to March 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. All the cases selected were microneurosurgical treatment and pathology, which were the intraspinal enterogenic cyst and its clinical symptoms. The imaging features, surgical treatment and prognosis were analyzed.A study on the surgical treatment and prognosis of the intraspinal enterogenous cystResults:In this group.10 patients with intraspinal enterogenous cyst were confirmed by pathological examination after operation.Among them, there are 6 patients with cervical segment,2 patients with thoracic segment,1 patient with border between thoracic and cervical segment, and 1 patient with lumbar segment.Early clinical symptoms were nerve root pain in 10 patients.limb numbness in 5 patients.dyskinesia in 4 patients and sphincter dysfunction in 1 patient.Frankel spinal cord injury classification before operation:grade A(0 cases).grade B(0 cases),grade C(0 cases),grade D(1 case),grade E(9 cases).Of the 10 patients with intraspinal enterogenous cyst,6 underwent total surgery,3 underwent subtotal surgery, and 1 underwent subtotal surgery. The preoperative symptoms of the patients were all improved after surgical treatment.Six months after operation Frankel spinal cord injury classification:grade A(0 cases),grade B(0 cases),grade C(0 cases),grade D(1 case),grade E(9 cases).Follow-up visits were carried out to investigate the postoperative patients, with an average of 26.4 months.Among the samples,9 patients did not relapse and 1 patient had cyst relapse.Nine patients were able to reach the standard of normal life and work, and recurrent patients had sphincter and motor dysfunction.Conclusions:1.Microsurgical resection is the first choice for the treatment of intraspinal enterogenous cyst.2.Once confirmed, microsurgical resection should be performed as soon as possible before the lesion causes irreversible damage to spinal cord nerves.3.On the premise of avoiding additional injury of spinal cord nerve function, the total incision of capsule wall could be done as far as possible in order to reduce the recurrence rate after operation.
