Objective To explore the relative risk factors of cerebral microbleeds in patientswith acute ischemic strokes. Methods Patients with acute ischemic stroke diagnosed and treated in the Department of Neurology, the first affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, were continuously collected using a single center, prospective research method.Demographic, clinical and laboratory data of the patients were collected and analyzed.TIWI,T2WI and SWI sequences were performed within a week. The location of cerebral microbleeds was strictly divided into cerebral lobe and deep or infratentorial region according to the location of cerebral microbleeds. The data were analyzed by spss23.0 statistical sofi:ware. Results Of 159 patients with acute ischemic stroke,69(43.3%)were female and 55(34.5%)were accompanied by cerebral micro bleeds. The older the patients with acute ischemic stroke, the higher the incidence of cerebral microbleeds(OR=1.038>95%CI 0.110-2.947,P=0.023).The incidence of cerebral microbleeds was higher in patients with previous cerebral infarction(OR=3.102,95%Cl 1.013-7.268,P=0.039).The serum albumin level was higher in patients with acute ischemic stroke with cerebral microbleeds(OR=1.134,95%Cl 0.190-4.010,P=0.029).There were 35 cases(22.0%)of cerebral microbleeds. The prevalence of hypertension was higher than that of non-lobar hemorrhage group(OR=1.278,95%Cl 0.078-2.987,P=0.048),and the incidence of brain atrophy was also higher(OR=1.015,95%Cl 0.218-6.019,P=0.039).There were 48 cases(30.2%)of deep or infratentorial cerebral micro bleeds. The prevalence of hypertension was higher than that of non-deep or infratentorial hemorrhage group(OR=1.330 P=0.025),and the incidence of previous cerebral hemorrhage was higher(OR=44.632,95%Cl 1.534-13.992,P=0.007).Cerebral microbleeds in any part of the brain, lobar cerebral microbleeds and deep or subtentorial cerebral microbleeds were closely related to the score of white matter degeneration, and the higher the score, the higher the incidence of cerebral microbleeds,OR are C 4.4653.746 4.632),95%CI are(1.840-10.836 2.197-6.388 2.430-6.898)P values are(0.01 0.0 0.0).Conclusions The occurrence of cerebral microbleeds e in any part of the patients with acute ischemic stroke is closely related to age, albumin, past history of cerebral infarction, and white matter degeneration seore, and all of them have positive correlation.Labor cerebral microbleeds is closely related to hypertension, brain atrophy and white matter degeneration score, and all of them have positive correlation.Deep or subtentorial cerebral microbleeds is closely related to hypertension, past history of cerebral hemorrhage, and white matter degeneration score, and all of them have positive correlation.
