A Comparative Analysis Of The Safety Of FP/TP Chemotherapy Regimen After Esophageal Cancer Surgery

Objective:To compare the safety of FP/TP after esophageal cancer surgery.To guide clinical medication.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent radical resection of esophageal cancer and received chemotherapy in our department from March 2012 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two goups:group A received DF(DDP20mg/m,dl-5;FU0.5/m,d1-5);group B received TP(TAX175mg/m,d1;DDP30mg/m,d1,d1).2,3)Chemotherapy.The blood routine,liver function,kidney function and gastrointestinal reactions were monitored during the period,and the data were collected and analyzed.SPSS23.0 version was used for statistical analysis.Independent sample t test was used for measurement data.Chi-square test was used for counting data.Univariate correlation analysis and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the safety of two groups of chemotherapy regimens.Result:(1)In the post-operative chemotherapy,26 of 28 patients treated with TP had any grade of adverse reactions,the rate of adverse reactions was 92.86%(26/28),and 29 of 32 patients treated with DF had any grade of adverse reactions,the rate of adverse reactions was 90.63%(29/32).(2)Anemia,leukocytes,neutrophils,platelets and peripheral neuritis had significant difference(p<0.05);nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,ALT,creatinine had no significant difference(p>0.05).Conclusion:There is no significant difference between TP regimen and DF regimen in any level of adverse reactions.(2)Among the adverse reactions such as anemia,leukocytes,neutrophils,platelets and peripheral neuritis,TP regimen has a higher rate of adverse reactions,so it is recommended to use it in the second line.
