The Clinical Study On Peishi Yege Decoction Combined With Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Esophageal Cancer

Objective: through the clinical research,"Peishi Yege" combined with chemotherapy compared to chemotherapy alone in patients with advanced esophageal cancer in improving the quality of life,improve symptoms,improve endurance,reduce the side effects of chemotherapy and other aspects of the role,to provide a scientific basis for the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer Pei dysphagia,provide a new way of comprehensive treatment for advanced esophageal carcinoma.Methods 60 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were selected according to the scheme,the control group randomly divided into the treatment of dysphagia Pei decoction combined with chemotherapy group and the chemotherapy,30 cases in each group.The control group received TP regimen chemotherapy(paclitaxel,135-175mg/m2,IV,D1,cisplatin,20-30mg/m2,IV,D1 ~ 3).The treatment group was given oral Pei dysphagia on the basis of control group,the 1 day of 1 agents,200ml/ times,daily morning and evening meal every half hour in warm water,began the day to 2 time from the end of the treatment period of chemotherapy.The evaluation index after medication,compared two groups before and after treatment of solid tumor lesion size,Karnofsky score,TCM syndrome score,tumor markers CEA,CA199 and adverse reaction of chemotherapy drug adverse reaction,weight and safety indicators(blood routine,liver and kidney function)and other adverse reactions.Results(1)the study showed that the efficiency and stability of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05)after statistical analysis.(2)two groups of Karnofsky score: two groups before treatment Karnofsky score comparison,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)TCM syndrome score: after rank sum test,the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to TCM Decoction Combined with the chemotherapy group Pei dysphagia improved significantly more than the chemotherapy group.(4)weight change: after t test,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)the quality of life score: QOL by t test,two groups of differences in quality of life after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05)(6)tumor markers: the t test,two groups of tumor markers CA199,CEA after treatment decreased after treatment,but no statistical difference was not obvious.Significance(P >0.05).(7)side effects: the main adverse reactions were bone marrow suppression in the two groups,and the impairment of liver and kidney function in the two groups was not obvious.The side effects of gastrointestinal toxicity,diarrhea and vomiting showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Pei dysphagia prescription combined with chemotherapy for advanced esophageal cancer,for quality of life of patients and TCM syndromes have significantly improved and the increase of body weight,stable tumor toxicity caused by relatively reduced after chemotherapy,is one of the effective methods in the treatment of esophageal cancer,is worthy of further research and promotion.
