With the sharp increase in the demand for medical services, the contradiction between the supply and demand of medical resources has become increasingly apparent. How to allocate medical services and resources reasonably and effectively is a problem that needs to be solved in the matching and optimization of medical services.By doing that,we can make the entire medical system benign and efficient. The problem of medical service matching and optimization refers to the process of matching suppliers with medical resources or providing services to medical service demanders.Generally,we are in the perspective of a third-party such as “smart healthcare” platform, using effective algorithms and models to dual with that problem. In the problem of medical service matching and optimization,we should not only consider the evaluation indicator set and its weights of supply and demand, but also keep eyes on the actual problems in the service process. For example, patient appointments and related issues that arise problems. At present, some scholars have paid attention to the problem of medical service matching and optimization. However, there is not much research on the issue of matching optimization of medical services considering patient appointment. Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance to combining the problems existing in practice and give a targeted decision-making method. This article discusses the optimization of medical services that considers patient appointments and focuses on the following aspects: First, the problem of the matching medical services considering patient appointments is refined. This article analyzes the related documents of medical service matching.Based on the existing literature, the practical significance of the problem of matching and optimizing medical services has been refined.Based on this, combined with the actual background, the problem of matching medical services with patient appointments was refined.Second, from the point of view of reality, the patient's differentiated needs are analyzed based on the matching optimization of medical services considering whether patients made appointments. At the same time,we considered the case of patients with failed appointments and non-reservation patients.A research framework for the matching optimization of medical services considering patient appointments is given.Third, combined with the appointment actuality,an E-HR algorithm is proposed for the medical service matching optimization problem that considers the appointment of patients. The purpose of the algorithm is to make the patient's match with the doctor as satisfying as possible. In order to consider the optimization of medical services for patients with appointment failures and non-reservation patients,hospital-patient performance is built as the overall goal in order to establish an optimization model.By solving the model, the matching results are obtained. Finally, the example is given to illustrates the method's characteristics such as its feasibility and effectiveness. In theory, this article proposes some concepts which related to the optimization of medical service matching. In terms of methods, this article analyzes the problem of medical service matching optimization from both the perspective of appointing patients and the non-reserved ones.By doing that we propose a medical service matching optimization method that considers patient appointments. The article enriches the research results of medical service matching and optimization. The questions and research ideas which are given in this paper can provide ideas for the further healthcare problem and reference research. The relevant concept and method in this article not only enrich the relevant theoretical methods, but also lay a good foundation for further research on optimization of medical services.
