Study On The Correlation Between Blood Lipid,blood Glucose And Uric Acid In Jiangyin Health Examination Population

Objective To investigate the prevalence of high blood lipid、hyperglycemia and high uric acid in the health examination population of our city,and to compare the prevalence rate of high blood lipids and abnormal blood glucose whih the prevalence rate of HUA in healthy examination population.Methods The 23,766 people over 18 years old who came to our hospital for a health examination from January 2016 to the end of December 2016 were the subjects of the study,and the number of triglycerides,total cholesterol,HDL cholesterol,LDL cholesterol and abnormal uric acid index and the abnormal detection rate of the examination population were analyzed.The group was divided into five groups according to age,This paper discussed the relationship between the concentration size of each index and age and sex,and analyzed the age distribution and gender distribution of abnormal detection rate of triglycerides,total cholesterol,HDL-c,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and uric acid in the health examination population,and finally compared the differences of detection rate of high blood lipids and abnormal blood glucose of HUA patients with those with nomal UA level.Results The prevalence rate of high TG and HUA was higher,31.3%and 25.9%respectivly.The prevalence rate of TG、LDL-C and hyperglycemia were significantly different in age distribution,while the prevalence rate of HUA in men was not obvious in five age groups(p>0.05),The prevalence rate of LDL-C and TC in women after 50 years old was significantly higher than that in males(p<0.05).The detection rate of hyperlipidemia in HUA patients is higher than that in non-HUA controls.Especially the prevalence of high triglyceride increased with the increase of serum uric acid concentration.The prevalence of high triglyceride increased about 0.009 times with the increase of serum uric acid concentration by 1 umol/L.The difference in the detection rate of hyperglycemia was significant only in the female physical examination population.Conclusion Hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia have a significant correlation,and young people’s high uric acid prevalence rate is also higher,especially young men,so we should strengthen people’s health education,advocate a healthy lifestyle.
