Objective1.To investigate the compliance rate and the status of inter-hospital transfer nurses for critically ill patients in Third-grade Class-A General Hospitals in Zheng zhou;2.To study the interdisciplinary transfer nurses of critically ill patients in Third-grade Class-A General Hospitals in Zhengzhou and the hospital's cognition and attitude towards the transfer competence of transshipment nurses;3.To analyze the influencing factors on the transfer competence of nurses transferred from hospital to hospital in severe patients.Methods1.Consult relevant literature, and set up the ? Transportation Ability Questionnaire for Inter-hospital Nurses of Severe Patients?;A questionnaire survey was conducted among 319 clinical transit nurses who had undertaken the task of interhospital transport of severe patients from June 2017 to July 2018 by means of convenient sampling from three Third-grade Class-A General Hospitals in Zhengzhou. The questionnaire includes: ?1 general information;?2 inter-hospital transfer abilitysurvey questionnaire for transfer nurses;?3 transfer nurses' awareness and attitude questionnaire about inter-hospital transfer ability of critically ill patients;?4 hospitals recognized transfer ability Knowledge and attitude questionnaire;?5 questionnaires taken by the hospital where measures were taken to affect the transfer capacity of inter-hospital nurses in critically ill patients.2.Epidata3.1 was used for data entry and SPSS17.0 for statistical analysis.General statistical description, mean, standard deviation,chi-square test, correlation analysis and Logistic regression analysis were applied in this study for the statistical analysis to dig out the critical factors that influence the transfer competence of nurses transferred from hospital to hospital in severe patients.Results1.The transfer rate of inter-hospital transfer nurses of critically ill patients is36.0%.The transfer rate of inter-hospital transfer nurses of critically ill patients differs in different departments and different nursing ages. There were only 108 cases(36.0%)of the transfer nurses who achieved the transfer ability, and 192 cases(64.0%)did not meet the requirements. The transfer rate of inter-hospital transfer nurses in critical departments of different departments was significantly different(c2=39.735,P<0.001).The transfer capacity of inter-hospital transfer nurses from ICU was 117(78.0%).The number of international nurse nurses was 3.25 times 36(24.0%).There was also a significant difference in the transfer rate of inter-hospital transfer nurses of different nursing ages(c2=26.719,P<0.001).The minimum transfer rate of transfer nurses(2 cases)whose nursing age was less than 1 year was 6.25%.The number of transfer nurses within 3 years of age 122(40.67%)accounted for nearly 2/5 of the total. The highest compliance rate of the transfer nurses(54 cases)aged 3 to 5 years was 51.43%.2.The awareness and importance of inter-hospital transfer nurses of critically ill patients need to be improved, and the hospitals' awareness and importance of inter-hospital transfer nurses of severe patients are low.The transfer nurse's cognitive attitude score was(19.92±2.103),the hospital's cognitive attitude score was(4.90±0.27),and the hospital's management measures score was(11.45±1.04).Regarding the cognition and attitude of the transshipment nurses,61.0%of the transshipment nurses knew that the inter-hospital transshipment personnel engaged in critically ill patients needed the corresponding transshipment ability assessment;50.67% of the transshipment nurses believed that the transshipment ability reached the standard Of the nurses engaged in inter-hospital transport of critically ill patients are very important;38.33% of the attitudes of the hospitals to the transport capacity of inter-hospital transport nurses of critically ill patients and the measures taken by them consider that the medical institution in which they work has developed critically ill patients The transfer capacity access system for transfer nurses;39.33% of transfer nurses believe that the medical institution where they are established has a full-time inter-hospital transfer nurse for critically ill patients.3.Logistic regression analysis showed: "department","educational level","nursing age"," professional title ","transport nurse self-qualification cognitive attitude","the hospital attitude to the transfer nurse's transfer ability " and "the measures taken by the hospital" are related factors that affect the transfer nurse's transfer ability compliance rate.Education and the hospital attitude to the transfer nurse's transfer ability as protective factors, and the measures taken by the hospital(develop qualification admission system for critically ill transfer nurses)? the measures taken by the hospital(organization of inter-hospital transfer nurse transfer training for critically ill patients)?nursing age?professional title?department?transport nurse self-qualification cognitive attitude to the extent of six variables as risk factors.Conclusion1.The compliance rate of inter-hospital transfer nurses in critically ill patients is low,far from meeting the requirements of relevant guidelines and guidelines.2.The medical institution's transfer competence admission system for inpatient inter-transit nurses for critically ill patients and the regular organization of in-patient transfer nurses for critically ill patients to train knowledge and skills are important factors influencing the transfer competence of inter-transfer nurses in critically illpatients.3.The inter-hospital transfer nurses of critically ill patients have high expectations for obtaining inter-hospital transfer training, and carry out targeted systematic and professional training to improve the awareness of medical institutions and nurses on the importance of transfer capacity.
